will have another guest today we will see and me from the two weeks ago all right so uh we're gonna start to talk about uh oh for the names uh the names will be uh i pray for the next i just uh said uh that this lesson would be for the their healing el nades um all right so we're going to read today a portion and this portion is very interesting because there is so many subjects in this uh in this portion so i think that as i telling you every every week i would start would just move and and tell you the simple story of the portion and what's happening like the the simple story and then we will try try to go little bit uh deeper and to talk about some subject that we we we see in this uh portion so bachelor is the portion it's the we started to tell the story of the uh escape from um from egypt as you remember from the last uh uh portion paul say okay uh you can go and pray in the in the desert actually eden he didn't uh know that the jewish people the hebrew people will leave egypt his plan was okay go play for your uh god and go back uh we know that it was almost three million people that left egypt because we see in the simple uh story that there is six hundred thousand men's so think if it's six hundred thousand mans so let's say there is another uh more women's and kids so it's around three million i don't know two and a half million we can't know exactly the number but this is the the number of people that going up from egypt think about it that the size of the group of people three million people it's sometimes when we are watching the movies so we think that um it's like i don't know 100 people 500 people we can see in the movie it was like a couple of millions of people that just left their country i think it's it's never happened like in one day uh it's never happened in history um they started to walk and then we have uh the miracle of the sea um the simple story as i'm going to share with you right now is that they uh came in came to the sea and uh parao said i understand that they are going to leave i want to kill them you're coming with all his enemy and he started to run after after them he put a lot of um gold and and shields on the horses uh you will see later while i mention it and then it starts to to to run after the the hebrew people to and and they are find themselves between the sea and the army of egypt with toro they didn't know uh they didn't know what to do they started to complain to moses why you took out all of us from egypt to here to die what what what is the the meaning even though all the way they saw um miracles until until this day um there was a fire and a cloud that was with them and a lot a lot of miracles that they had even though all although all these miracles they they find themselves in the middle of a fight that they're going to die they have no weapons they have nothing and the more the biggest army in in those days running after them to kill them think about it and as we know from the beginning um uh from i think three or four portions ago uh we remember that parole is a he know how to he don't afraid to kill he decided to to kill all the uh the oldest uh brothers in the in the family or the biggest brothers in the the family so they understand that they're going to die they thought they're going to die and they're going they're coming to moses and telling him um what what what what what can we do we're going to die why why did it for us and then god telling moses uh i will open the sea and there is like a very interesting story that i will tell you later but he opened the uh god open to sea they are entering the sea and there is like a very interesting uh thing here because i was thinking most of my youngest day when i was young i thought that they are just crossed the sea from one side to other side the truth is that according to the to the jewish traditions they do kind of a circle they come from uh one side and they do kind of a circle in the middle of the sea and came back to the same side in in there there was a gap between where they're entering when they went out but they finished in the same side of the sea um so it wasn't just uh uh that they crossed the sea the miracle here was that it was kind of a way uh to destroy the egypt uh uh um army so they entered to the sea uh there was a very brave uh hebrew man called nachshon that was entered first i will go i will talk about it later about is entering to the to the sea and why it's important and they they oh so they are uh entering to the to the sea they're coming back uh they're entering to the sea the egypt people with power entering with them uh to the sea after them and when the hebrew people finished to to do this circle and they came back to the land all the water falling down on the on the egypt uh people egyptian people uh and and power of course and i was thinking to myself a lot what is this story uh gonna tell me because in the simple story when someone entered to the sea and he fall to the water so we can go up and and and went out from the sea what is the what is the the big uh problem so there is like a very beautiful verse in our portion that tell us that it was um um kind of a very strong um well i forgot i forgot to say like uh a strong energy that took them from up to down uh to the land uh above the the sea to the and and then that's what uh killed them that they couldn't that there was just uh uh couldn't uh go out uh oh i see the talia just joining us joining us um i think it's called whirlpool uh that took them to the deep water um so this is like the hey can you flip the yeah all right so i'm just finished to tell them the the story about uh uh the the crossing of the sea so we know that the only one that survived and there is a lot of reasons why maybe eliezer will tell us later what is the the reason why only parole survived this uh miracle they say they say to see um you know he's the he's the witness he's the last witness yes yeah so we can say that what what i read is that all this thing is not about killing all these miracles not about killings it's about um to uh to tell the all word there is god in in the world so of course you need a survivor to tell the story and of course the par the strongest man in the world is the best one to do it so this is one of the things that i read um i will go forward to the to the portion then we will go back to to the to the miracle of the of the of the sea and all the the singing of the of the sea uh so they finished they started to sing uh shiratayam we call it in hebrew uh um singing of the sea i don't know to translate the uh and then um there was the miracle of the man in the portion uh after they almost died in the uh when they when paul ran after them they finished this uh small fight and they find themselves with no food and they started to tell moses where we're gonna die why you did it again exactly like it was before and god gave them food from the sky called man that according to the to the to what we read the man it's something that have a taste of whatever you wanted to eat like if you want to imagine that you that you want to eat meat it was with it with a taste of a meat and if you want uh i don't know hamburger so it was hamburger pizza whatever you want it was in this taste we will see in the end of the portion that they're asking they're saying that we don't want this man anymore and this is crazy too and this is like another story but i think this is uh like most of the the things that that we we see in this portion this is like the highlights the the main things so now i wanna uh give the microphone to eliezer to whatsapp um but first of all we're here in jerusalem so with the new our our love and blessings from here from jerusalem and yeah this whole shabbat is called shabbat the shabbat of singing the shaman of the of the song of the poems um yes because because the the song that that we sang um that moshe avenue sang on the dead and the red sea um it starts with the word as yeshu and az has two meanings it's as it's it's once and it's also in the future it's it's a one word that's that that refers also to the past and also the future and and through that the comments say that this is the song um that the song that was is the song that's going to be and morning that they say that um the biggest prophet didn't see but the most simple servant women you know the the worst the most served uh simple servant didn't see um so so so we see we see that that that actually what was over there in the in the red sea and the split of the red sea um it was a lot more than a miracle uh there's also comments that say um that there's two things that we compare to to the uh the split of the red of the red uh of the red sea it's it's finding the our soul mate it's marriage yes so this is what they say the confidence that the first thing that's hard hard that's that's as hard as the spirit of the red scene it's it's our it's our relationships with uh but with our love yes ours to find is to find uh the uh the person that's also after you find it's it's it's it's it's to it's to to live the best marriage in in life and um and the second thing it's it's it's finance it's also saying that they saying okay [Laughter] yes yes so so so they asked what what what what was so hard over there you know they just went in the water and the water stand stand from from both of the sides so what's the water there god did all of the work for us so we see that that sometimes we could say that sometimes everything happens around us but we just need to go forward we just need to take a step forward not not to freeze sometimes sometimes we just freeze in place and and and when the biggest miracles happen to us so so we could uh we could we could stop them by ourselves and we could see that um in both of these things you know it's the place of first of all to just continue the movement continue continue going forward but also they say in the comments that there were that there were a couple of things that helped that helped uh the sea to split so one thing that we see is this is what they say in the comments is the closet of yourself this is one thing the second thing that they say i think that we didn't talk about it last portion about that they took the oh shalom hello hello now i can i can be sure that this is you oh yeah no i like that i like i like the mystical environment before yeah so we remember that last last portion they took the the closet of uh of uh of joseph yeah it's something that i didn't mention last week okay move forward so this is one thing that they say it says that that's what it says uh and uh in the song this is what mushroom sang in the song and also the comments say what did the sea actually see yeah so some of the comments say that the the see song the closet of yosef so so this is this is our second thing this is our first thing the second thing is the stick of of moshe and um um the third thing that's that's that's very known in the comments is nakshon ben amin because i told them that we're going to speak about it you want to tell the story no no no go for it okay so so you know i'll be forward to these three things and i would relate between them and i would connect between them to these two things that it's it's it's also finding our soul mate living with our soulmate finding our soulmate and having the best relationship that we could have in our life and it's also it's also settling um so the first thing that we saw is the closet of yosef is is yes so the first thing that we saw um why is that why is that with yourself so they say about yourself so when did yourself escape your nose has escaped so when did joseph escape when when the wife of potiphar tried to um you know whatever happened there and he escaped so that actually then actually made we're talking about you're talking about the story that we had i think six portion ago that uh joseph uh entered to the house of uh uh potiphar the minister of and then his wife uh tried to ask him to join her and the esk escape from there and he risked his life with this beer and she later she said that uh her things and like she lied about it and it was a big that he took when he ran away yeah yes yes yes because this is the first thing because this is focused this is in it's called you know breed we spoke a lot about uh about the idea of breed but we the it's also it's also the word of agreement you know to keep to watch ourselves to watch our purity to be pure is to be a loyal poor is to be a loyal person um a person that always wants what what's not his so it's it's very it's very hard um to be committed to any kind of relationship it's it's very hard um um to to create to create um relationships of of um of honesty of faith so so over here the first thing that we need to teach ourselves is also how to control our own hormones yes it's important to be people of passion but this passion won't won't be to control someone else or or to take over someone else or to you someone else this passion would be passion to life fire to life to light um and and over here this is the first thing that we learned from yourself we could see with moshe abeno the second thing is with the stick and the stick it has a double let's say um [Music] it has it has a double meaning or hashem use the stick through moshe always to do miracles but then yourself did it that moshe did his scene with the stick right when hashem told him to speak to the rock and not to hit the rock so so it's with the same stick and over here we need to know yeah that situations change all the time yes when we're not we oh it's not it's not that oh god said you know to do like this in every situation we need to be sensitive really to what to want to what what the situation is because there is the word of god the word of god is in the situation and if a person will do this is a sensitivity so so we would we will we won't also hear the word of god so over here so this was the place of the stick also also on the spilling of the sea this was the place that this the stick did take apart over there okay and and this is and it's the same thing also with relationships in life yes it's it's it's it's funny to know how to be flexible enough to to listen to reality to see reality yeah yeah but the third thing i would say is when the name jumped into the water and that they say it's that's how it's called in hebrew civilization when that person delicates himself gives himself to reality and this is this is the first thing that that also um um is demanded when we want to live a life of mission it's it's it's to it's the insult and efficiency so as to to give is to give everything from ourselves and and he jumped into the water until the water got to his nose and then the water that's what they said and then the water split so we could see that also over there the base our basic to every relationship is to have still have a mission together is to have a purpose together in life is and and if if we have a purpose so we have so our our passion and it goes to it goes to a place of building you know when this is something that we we are as a believers we are we can we can be wrong a lot of times uh to think that the the most important thing is uh to learn torah and this is true because it's the most important thing but the question is what you are doing with it like we see that moses we talk about it like i think two weeks ago uh and i want to mention it too according to what you said about that moses got the leads of the nation because of his acting because what he did with the egyptian man with the with the women's with the with the ship with the with the fight between the the hebrew people we saw that this is why he got the leads and the same thing with his mother you have it she gave the the the option to the tribe of levy to be uh the the leaders uh in in the exodus so we understand that they got this because what they did and what you are saying about is that yeah they all waited for a miracle but he is is the same thing he waited for the miracle but at the same time he ran to the to the water and he brought them and he took the miracle with with his two hands so i think that that one of the things that i learned from this from what he did and according to what moses did and according to what did every all the all the the the leaders in in our stories in all our fathers is that um you need to act you need to learn torah and with what you learn to act and i hope that this is what we are doing here right now in this life you know you know this is this is the shabbat of shira i'm singing i'm i could tell you like this i'm very very tired brother so maybe maybe maybe we're going to speak a bit maybe i'm going to say one thing one thing about about singing you know because this is this is this is our mission of life we're now speaking about mission this is our mission of life you know so i would just i would just put it in the in the story so after they they had the miracle of the sea they started to sing uh a song uh called and this is like one of the most important pu team songs that we are praying every morning we read it in the synagogue it's a very important uh pewte uh take it i've been real yeah so because it's shabbat it's a lot of songs a lot of singing um maybe maybe maybe we could speak a bit about singing the self and singing is is we could see that in hebrew the word that number of the if you if you see the number of every letter is 515 that's that's and that's the same number of trilla of prayer and because because singing is is is the same energy of of praying it's the energy of opening our heart and today we have a culture of a lot of contexts and a lot of you know places who sings nicer who has a nicer voice and you see thinking it's about connecting harmony is about listening to each other and we could see something beautiful in in the word in hebrew the word um conducting a conductor is called the hebrew menace but it's actually the word minnesota it's also a winner yes so you could choose what what are you are you a person that's always in competition or are you a conductor are you a person that connects are you are are you always in a place of oh who's who's nicer so the first one that was in that place okay that understood the secret of what happens to to the one that's the best or that's that's the most beautiful and that's the sacrifice that ever came sacrificed the worst heaven sacrificed the best the structure of the world is that our way to be the best is to know how to be together and to know to be together is to complete each other to listen to each others to give strengths to each other and and that's also the true beauty it's not beauty that doubts either because the beauty that doubts or it's manipulation it's not beauty it's not joy it's not an open heart it's not it's another way to be to be to be convinced but but but in order to really um enjoy we need to be connected we need to be part we need we need to be to be moved and and and this is the place that this is the place of singing this is the place of of and this is what singing gives it opens the heart but it allows us to do a true work on our manners in true time in true time because because the question is when i hear someone else does this move me to compete with him or does this move me to complete him or to be part to be a supporter or to try to connect together to a movement together and it's in real time not in theory and that's why our voice is is is is is is is is the expression of the word of the words of god but but singing is our way to do a true work with with with with this present that god gave us and it's it's not and it's it's yeah it has a lot of discover of between a person and itself like like prayer has and and that's what the words and it's what it's with understanding what we're saying and it's what meaning what we're singing and it's with with expressing our heart from inside but and then it comes to a place of relationship of us with the society and that's and that's historic no please please brother i just uh understood that uh something right now i don't know maybe you can say if i'm right or not i think that in in most of the places in the prophecy we understand that most of the things that needed to be happened is in our hand but we don't know the result the result is but by the end of at the end of god like wisdom who is going to be the messiah and and how it's going to be and how what is the the the the height of the the building of the temple and what is the who win the war and all the things we believe that this is from god and there is one thing that that it's rotten that we're gonna sing a new song this is something that it's in our hands it's very interesting i just understood it right now why do you talk and this is very interesting because um we saw that moses wrote a song in the after the miracle and we know that there is a more uh people that we we remember like king david that wrote songs for [Music] yeah okay king david of course but i i i mean like there is a lot of people that wrote songs uh so songs in the in the jewish phase is very important i think actually even in the christians uh uh uh faith and in in the the the islam there is a lot of uh attention to it it's the center it's not it's not something that is very important it's this is this is the channel of connection to god prayer is is the channel of connection and stinging is is is is prayer and it's and this this is this is this is redemption redemption is is our ability to sing together when we would be able to sing together we could be vessels of god's light in the world what is the expression wealth okay well wealth needs to serve something wealth is still is only a frame what is the picture so so as as you said it's so important and this is like the center and we see that moses will teach the the levites later the the songs of the temple in the desert and we saw uh in in different stories about places that you see that this is not only about uh to be professional in music it's more about to be connected to yourself and i must tell you a story that i had like i think months ago maybe months and a half i had a concert and after the concert uh someone came to me and told me uh that is uh really loved my music and and it was very very nice and he was there with his wife he was looking like very regular simple man and i told him thank you very much and i just uh planned to leave and then uh it was a concert with orian actually i think you know him and the conductor we talked about the conductors uh and they told and and he told me wait wait you know who the who is who is the one that talking to you is the one that composed i told you about it and i know so i told him you composed it just to understand all those who were watching us like it's one of the most famous uh songs in in the in the prayer in the synagogue i thought it's very old uh melody but it's it's new so i was looking at him and i told him you're a composer what is your job thank you so much it's such a it's it's such a honor that you you love my music and he told me no i don't composing anything it was the first time that i composed and this was like the moment that i understood that you know music is from god of course we can create we can do a lot of things but he had like it's a prophecy it's it's something that he got from from god in this moment to spread it all over of israel we all of us thinking that this is like old melody this is a new melody that he wrote i think he was 16 it's his age is not so old and that is that i wanted to share with you about uh it was amazing to see beautifully i see that you're gonna fall asleep yes yes and you know and maybe maybe maybe maybe last thing i would say you know before before um would say shabbat shalom but because it's the shabbat singing so you know a lot of people say yeah but i'm not a good singer you know i don't know how to sing or i know you know as but you don't need to know how to sing you need to know how to listen and and and not and not not try we could see today you know you know in productions especially today you know sometimes it's the sounds you know there's one small sound that could do a whole difference in a song that suddenly could give you know a whole deep feeling so you know a person now that wants to sing together you don't need to now sing everything enough that you are part of it enough that you listen enough that you do one small sound but it comes out of listening it's in harmony because what creates the harmony is the listening to each other the second you stop listening so it doesn't matter what you bring out of yourself it's not connected and this is what and this is something i think in the first time in our uh portion lesson that i'm going to say that we can learn it from english because harmony is the it's mean like kind of harmony yeah harmony in music harmony in our life is the same word what is the word in hebrew for harmony i don't know i told you this once no i think i think that that's my theory yes yes because it's also private but it's also together yes for sure it's it's connecting it's connecting all together to to to to to the heart to one to god to hashem before you're going to leave i want i see that there's a couple of questions here so we will answer them uh really quick and then we will shabbat shalom um someone asked us do you do you uh to be traveling together to use usa uh so maybe find feel free to to to invest yeah invite us we will we will come and then we will be my unit uh got uh killed in operation and his family um from the army and uh when his family they certainly wrote a separate torah efforts uh for um for him and his father called me a couple of years ago and he told me listen we want to give we give every one of his friends and someone a power to choose from the torah yes this part would be this part would be like like preparing for the identity and i chose this one what i am that was my choice so so so for me it's it's a it's a huge connection you know not only from this portion it's from all the bible wow everything yes yes yes because it's the sing is it's the song it's the song that wasn't it's the song that's going to be it's the song of the future yes it's the song of redemption so kim telling us uh uh our passion should be not uh trust ourselves but to trust him uh thank you for this uh we agree i think that i agree with you yeah i'm sure but but but the way the way the way to trust to trust the other to try to know how to trust god to trust god is faith yes it's that's to believe in god yes so for sure of trust we believe in god yes and but but but but it's also to develop trust in ourselves and part of the ways to develop trust in ourselves is to remain pure because if a person doesn't believe himself or or or wants to forget a lot of parts in our personality so so then it's it's very hard to create to create a true true um true trust at all so yes trust in ourselves it's it's self-control that's what it is self-control i think and and purity focus and then and then and then you believe your own intuition you believe your own moves you believe your choice i think that uh one of the things that i learned from the at the army i think that you i did you learn it too uh to trust yourself but at the same time to remember that you need to to to you understand that you every time you need to practice more and to to get stronger because you never know what can happen and you need to to be ready for everything so i think as believer you you can trust yourself of course but most of the time you you have to remember that things can can messed up and things can happen and then in this moment you can uh trust i i agree with her to trust uh trust god so this is the there is sure there is a sentence that says don't believe in yourself until the day of your death yes yeah but no my meaning over here was something else over here was was that in order to find your your soul mate okay so first of all control your own hormones because if you won't control your own hormones so you won't believe your own emotions that's it you won't trust your own your own your own um um choices don't trust your own your own emotions even so that's why we need to keep pure in order to yes trust our own emotions trust our own choices and be in a movement of continuation if a person has a fears so he always isn't lies always he's always hiding from something oh be straight man okay kitty asked how to spell the uh uh the word of harmony the kut eliezer said the kut um that's my interpretation it's a it's a secret ah it's your it's yours okay uh i i think that there is no uh it's worth it we use english in hebrew we say uh no yeah yeah no no there is there is there is a very high word no no no no no no no no i said it i had i had an interview i had an interview today with uh on the radio with rav uh with rav shmuel and i said this yeah today and then and he gave agreement also so one of the shitholes of israel so it's all but amazing so we we can say that uh this is uh it's the new new word that's just entered today that in hebrew in the street we are using the the word harmony that's what i wanted to say we use it it's from english we use it uh not for me it's from uh from english i i
