Dear New Yorkers, Once upon a time, things may have been different. Today they have changed. There is no such thing as an inconsequential election. There is no such thing as a local election. There is no such thing as an election that does not impact the Jewish community. There is no such thing as an election that does not impact Israel. Every voice that will be elevated by election to public office will impact both local realities and the national mood, stirring up or calming the storm of antisemitism and hostility to Israel. Every one of us must vote in every election. Every eligible New Yorker must vote in today’s primary. TODAY, Tuesday, June 24, is the NYC primary election. You need to vote so that the Jewish community’s voice will be heard. Loud and clear.
