9.5.23 Jewish leaders are all for the Jewish nation

Torah another was getting close to Hashem going close to God that's our purpose in this world because the more we get close to God in this world we'll be close to him in the world to come it's a great pleasure a world of pleasure unbelievable unsurpassed pleasure in the world to come the closer we are to him the more of his pleasurable be able to to enjoy so we want to think of an inventory are we growing in our life towards the goalness and put us here for so uh this is the day of judgment that she was going to take a look and see how we're how are we how we're doing it in our in our life for we using our life for the for the right purpose that we we're doing the things we should be doing and not doing things not doing those things we shouldn't be doing so this is a day of judgment but it's very happy day because Hashem is our King it's close to us 10 days a special closeness to the Jewish people so it's a special time of Sir mixed feelings it's a time of of uh since being a very serious time because of judgment but it's very happy time being close to Hashem so this is the month of el the month before month of tishray of Rosh Hashanah That was supposed to be thinking and working on themselves trying to make uh no uh things that we should take upon ourselves to do with us the way we speak the way we act the way we think is it synonymous with the word Terror wants us to live because we have to can't think about we want to grow I wanted to discuss tonight the upcoming portion of the Torah going to read this coming Shabbos we have two portions because we have to finish leader is obligated to do he has to take care of all the needs the physical needs the monetary needs and also the these are then the shama of the Soul and that must have been with the greatest man who ever lived because Prophet were prophesied he did just that for the Jewish people those 40 years he brought them up to hire highest standard of of Life the real life of the life which brings the into the ultimate and the life of the hereafter which is forever and ever so that's what a Jewish leader is has to do to be a real Jewish leader he has to take care of all the needs including the spiritual needs and that's what we have to uh work on ourselves to attach ourselves to people who bring us at a higher level whether it's a person and that we're close to listening to somebody in the real life or things that we read the things that we see things that we listen to we have to try to use those methods Hashem gave us in this world seeing and hearing and talking to lift ourselves higher see here's words from a great person to read words of a great person to listen to words okay that's what we want to do for our lives and now before Russia we have to contemplate and think are we doing that who are listening to the right people I just want to hear a lot of jokes all the time and frivolous talks things that don't make much sense as people just just to take life so so so simply and and not not seriously just to try to make the time go by killing time but people say killing time that's about the best things worse the type of killing the person can do to kill time we have to use his leadership qualities no I want someone who's going to bring the hive up and a higher level of greatness the spirituality they shouldn't be that flock of sheep doesn't have that doesn't have a shepherd they might have a lead sheep but the Sheep is like everybody all the other sheep I want them to be like a flock of people as a personal Shepherd who's a different category of greatness than the other sheep a leader who's closer as him can be like most Urbana but sort of like most of them to a certain extent that the entire level and this is what he prayed Hashem and this is what we pray touch him all the time we need leaders that will raise us above our highest or closer closer touch him closer to the purpose of life that has been created this for this is the type of people that we should connect ourselves to there's a lot of people going around and give good speeches and a very uh entertaining and they have a lot of personality but I want to finish what they're talking are we getting something substantial from it there's something that we're growing from it we just had a nice speech you know and it was it was it was enjoyable and then we go on tour with our business that's something we're here for for a person around to get close to people bring us up to higher level of greatness closer to Hashem and here and Mercia bayno also prayed to Hashem different qualities that he wanted Hashem to appoint to lead it to be a rook has a little bus or the thing called a leader has to be very open to realize that people are very different and they don't have they don't handle everybody the same way some people will be handled in a simple Smiley way and some people sometimes are being a strict way and sometimes they have to be in the middle of some way everybody has a different uh personality a great leader has to judge who he's talking to in order for him to be able to have a effect on the person you have to know who you're talking to and how you have to talk to the person now everybody's the same and therefore you said to Hashem please Point somebody who will be able to understand the type of personality of each person that he talks to and talk to him the right way in a way that they'll be effective to the church will talk to a person it might be effective one way but the other person might want to turn them off because it's the same way some people country is is putting himself the same way the soldiers are same but the danger if the king is back home taking it easy so the the soldiers and the front lines don't have the same uh stamina and the same encouragement to fight who's like I did it comes to a battle I'll go in front and show them that he's putting himself in the line they are and uh we're gonna when when the white Fighters battle against also find the person who will be able to be patient but the people of the country people a person to charge has to realize that some people are difficult to manage difficult to please and they are very Buddhism and always complaining and always refusing to accept the uh the the the the things of the country that person has to accept always has complaints and they have their own problems but people should have very patient we're talking about now these qualities but the two people were so were so uh upset that is leaving them where do you find the leader with all these great qualities not only that but he said that they should be a person who able to be a static be a righteous person that he will have in his because of his righteousness he will be able to bring out the soldiers that they shouldn't be killed they shouldn't be wounded they'll be able to bring them out in such a way that the Sham will see he's the leader and his horse and his the Merit of the of the great subject come home to their families and they shouldn't be missing it shouldn't be killed in the end and and and battle and this was what he prayed for also because like we find when they fought the War of
