have you ever had an exceptional day I
mean a day where you wake up before the
sunrise and people are still asleep and
there's time where you're in silence and
there's time to pray and meditate you
drink a lot of water you eat really
clean you take that day you exercise you
move your body you learn good Torah for
that day you spend some time in nature
you spend some time with some loved ones
you accomplish you know just like a
short list of action items and it's like
wow that is an amazing aming day those
days need to be cherished and really
what is a great life it's just a
collection of great days and so first
you have to get into your mind what are
those great days for me because right
now I it's not that I'm not having great
days I'm just having very uneventful
days where like my day is pretty much
opening my eyes and rolling from one
side to another gathering up my strength
in order to then go and give a tour of
the farm groups are coming guests are
coming emails but it's it's pretty much
just like waiting and then exerting
myself and then passing out of
exhaustion and then who knows tomorrow
in the hospital and Tuesday is the
surgery but really what is a great life
it's just a collection of great days and
every day counts every good day is
another notch a momentum Builder and
that's why the creation story in the
Book of Genesis it's one day at a time
it's like and God created light then
there is was evening and there was day
and day one and there was day two and
day three and that's before the sun was
even created so clearly days they're
like a spiritual concept they're not
about this world going around the sun
it's really about a day and creation was
built of days our life as a creation is
just built of really beautiful days
really beautiful days make up a really
beautiful life and so every day really
needs to be appreciated because you just
don't know when you may be knocked down
and feet up and foot broken and so when
you have the days available to you you
have to make the best of it
