If this is how Hashem interacts with those who defy his will and they have what they need in this world and everything is going well for them, for those who do his will certainly it's going to be good. He was laughing because he was able to deduce from the negative situation that things will be good. Once you see that Hashem helps and takes care of those who defy his will, who who serve idols, so if Hashem takes care of them, even though they defy his will, so you don't need to worry, it's gonna be good for you, too. We can be certain because laugh think about it. What's laughter? Think it's going to be one way and it ends up being a different way. What's a joke, right? The the joke's leading you to a certain a certain place and then oh, it goes to some other place which is funny and we laugh. So if the if the wicked are laughing in their place, so certainly we'll be having the last laugh, if we're doing what's right, if those who defy Hashem's will receive something good, so obviously we're going to receive something good. So they would take a piece of wood and they would fashion it into some kind of form and they would pray to that and somehow it seemed to bring them the energy, the spiritual energy that they wanted, that they needed. But what does it say? It says the ones who serve the idols, they'll be just like their idols. Which means to say that just like their idols don't get anywhere. Don't get them anywhere. They won't get anywhere. The idols will be destroyed because they're just emptiness. They're false. They'll be shown to be false, frivolous. So to the people themselves who created them. Just like an an idol, a literal idol, a physical idol could be your money. George Washington on your dollar bill doesn't talk. And the idol that we make out of whatever it is, gold, silver, wood, doesn't speak. It doesn't do anything. It's not an active force in a person's life. It might seem that way to the idol worshipper. It might the person might think, "Oh, I got to run after the money. The money is my idol." But the idol doesn't talk. The George Washington or the Ben Franklin on the bill doesn't talk. So and so will it will be which means to say that just like the idol doesn't do anything doesn't have any true capacity it seems it does but the human being who runs after that will also be shown that he doesn't really have any true capacity running after trying to do things my way just ends me up in trouble I end up knocking my head into other people etc. and they end up. It only takes me so far. The people of Israel, what do we do? We trust in Hashem. Just like it's true that the idol worshipper ends up like the idol, which is no power, no nothing, not accomplishing anything. So too, the one on the other side of it, the one who serves Hashem ends up like Hashem, which means to say Hashem has incredible power. He's the creator. He has awesome creative power. He has all the money. He has the silver and the gold. So if I'm looking, if I'm placing my trust in, if I'm trying to do Hashem's will, if I'm trying to connect Hashem honestly and say, "Hashem, be in my life. Hashem, show me what you want me to do. We become like him. The end is then is going to be that the righteous individuals are called by the name of Hashem. Hem's name is called upon us. They're going to say, I think this is what it means. The angels are going to say in front of the sadic, the one who tried to to be a vehicle for Hashem's light into the world. So the angels are going to say about the kadesh this person is holy about the the angels say about Hashem kadesh kadesh she is holy. He's going to the angels are going to say that about the righteous individual because they will have they will see that this person became a vessel through which Hashem's light is revealed in the world. Think about it. And we say this, by the way, three times a day. You are holy. Your name is holy. Which I think means the holy ones praise you by us praising Hashem and saying, "Hey, if I succeeded, it was Hashem, not me." Trying to bring Hashem's light into the world. I've become nikash. If I am somebody who trusts in Hashem means Hashem is the one who guarantees that what I say is going to happen or that what I ask for is going to happen. That means that the the who makes a promise the who makes a promise to help somebody or says I believe is going to help you. It's going to be good. The is channeling's light into the world. And so when he makes a promise, the prom, Hashem stands behind the promise, we become like Hashem. Becomes like Hashem. I can make a promise that's going to that's going to be fulfilled. But somebody who trusts in idols, they have as much power as the idol has, which is none. somebody who trusts in his money and his great business ideas and all of the all the business coaches and all of the da da da whatever you want to fill in the blank you just you have nothing more than than that person if I'm looking to do's will if I'm looking for what Hashem wants me to do's power his his his promise his promise is fulfilled through me. Says great is the trust in a person who has true all the blessings come on his head. Every people, every person amongst, excuse me, the people of Israel has to strengthen, give themselves more and more in their have to have they can be certain that hem will send the help that they need. And it comes out that the one who serves Hashem is the opposite of the of the one who serves idols. Now I want to make a comment here. I can't I can't help thinking you know we we live in Israel and we trust in whom we trust in Hashem but we trust in the government. Maybe we trust in Shalah. We trust in Trump. We trust in this one. And you know, uh, I'm trying not to read the news right now, but I'm hearing a little bit, you know, dripping through and there's a back and forth. Maybe maybe they're going to throw us under the bus. Maybe he's good for us. Maybe he's not good for us. It's not clear what's his gambit. What's he after? And all I can say is that Kadesh Baru wants us to always remember if we're going to succeed. As we said, those who serve idols, they're not anything more than idols. They're just nothing. The more they depend on their idol, the the less perfect they become, the less refined they become, the less dependent on Hashem they become, and the less power they have. Mhm. Where does our strength come from? Where's the It's not any power. It's not in any strength. It's not in any army. It's in Hashem's spirit. We trust in Hashem. All we need to do is to put in our efforts to trust in Hashem. Since since is true and since my is real, go with that. Go with full confidence that is going to protect us and help us. Think about it. The children of iron have to trust in Hashem. We're going to speak about that next time. But they don't have any portion in the land of Israel. The Levites don't have a portion.
