Bonsai with a full brand-new 9 days pareve menu.

Michael, what's happening today? >> So, Ephraim, welcome back. I want to show our 9-day menu. Right here we have salmon teriyaki. It has [music] crispy sweet potato on top with broccoli underneath. >> Nice. >> of white rice or whatever rice you would like. And of course we have our signature sushi. We have crispy rice, specialty rolls, vegetable rolls, something for everybody. >> Oh, what's this? What's this? What's this called? What's this called? >> a futomaki. It's a mix of a bunch of different vegetables inside. We have jalapeno, mango, cucumber, avocado. >> What's the What's this topped with? >> So, this is spicy tuna on top with a layer of guacamole underneath, sweet and spicy sauce. And Ephraim, here's another two dishes we have on the menu, something that's new. [music] We have tofu lo mein. And we have tofu broccoli. This is our signature sauce that comes normally with the beef and broccoli, chicken and broccoli, and as well with the lo mein. It's our signature sauce with that, but for the 9 days we're obviously using tofu and making it parve. You could order it without tofu as well. It comes with regular lo mein. We also have tofu fried rice. That comes plain as well if you just want vegetable fried rice instead of tofu. This is another dish we have. This is hamachi crudo. This is yellowtail with seared cherry tomato on top with some radish underneath in ponzu sauce. >> Yum. >> And we have a bunch of cold appetizers from the sushi bar as well for the 9 days. >> Michael, what's on top of here? >> So, this is the fusion roll. On top of it is imitation caviar. It's all plant based. So, this is Chef George. He's topping it. So, right now he's putting sweet sauce on top of our crispy rice with baked salmon. >> Some sesame [music] seeds, beautiful. >> All right, Ephraim, this is another signature dish we're going to offer on the 9 days. This is Asian street corn and it's tossed in our signature spice with spicy mayo on the side. And Ephraim, this is another popular dish all year round we're making parve. This is our signature spring rolls. >> What's inside? >> Inside is cabbage and carrots and a nice mix with our signature sauce that we saute and we put inside and then we fry it. >> Amazing. And Banzai, good news for Banzai, we just added in the summer outdoor seating. People were complaining that there's not enough seating inside. Especially for the summer. Can you show the outdoor seating? >> So fine, we added an additional seven tables to the front of the store. We're going to offer it as takeout. So you come in, you get your bag, you sit down with your family. It'll be a clean, nice environment. We have overhead to block the rain even if it's raining.
