the reason they do that is because when you are in a very very high sugar diet you get very high highs and very low lows and it throws you out of whack it throws out of whack and the way I did all connected that's why every religion feels spiritual even religions that were made up twenty years ago they do spiritual but is that spirituality or pseudo next we spoke about brainwashing and we said
