hello hello hello welcome to day 14 of the 14  day Passive Income challenge wow wow wow we're   holding at the final day day 14. i'm so happy  i'm so grateful i'm so thankful that you are   with me on this journey and you chose me as your  guide to go through this 14 days together thank   you thank you thank you let's jump in to what we  have in store for today we're going to talk today   about the final element of the Manage part of the  Passive Income model Passive income model again   is Attract Leverage and Manage today we're going  to talk about another element how to know that   you're working with the right people and make  sure that you should do a good job in vetting the   people you work with stay tuned looking forward  on this final day now i will tell you firsthand   after seeing a lot in the financial services  industry over the past over two decades most   financial decisions that people make are made by  the advice of paid salespeople now i'm not saying   that's good and i'm not saying that's not good  all i'm saying is be aware you have to know that   because when somebody anybody it doesn't  matter who it is comes to you and offers you an   investment offers you a savings program offers you  a passive income strategy offers you anything that   they want you to put in your hard-earned money  with them you should always always always always i   can't say enough always you should always be aware  of what is their intention what is their benefit   are they coming to you just because they want  to help you because they're like a benevolent   institution and they want to help you you should  think about it if that's the case very rarely   i doubt too many times but you should always  be suspecting of maybe a hidden agenda   you should know about it if they come to you  because they're going to make a commission   you should know about it it's good they need to  make a commission of course why should they come   offer you anything if they're not going to earn a  commission so you should be happy that they earn   a commission but you should know what their  intention is you should know which strategy   do they earn more which strategy do they earn less  yes the strategy that they earn more can sometimes   be a better situation i don't know but you should  know at least you know that there is an intention   here you know that you have to do more due  diligence you have to make sure that it's in your   real best interest and i would always recommend  somebody to pay somebody who is not biased   to give you a second opinion somebody offers you  an investment strategy take it the grain of salt   maybe it's good pay somebody before you do it give  you a few dollars check it for me review it for   me somebody who knows more than you and he should  tell you what he thinks if it's a good strategy or   not so this way he gives you food for thought if  you should invest in it or you should not invest   in it remember if you are not going to look out  for yourself nobody will yes somebody is going   to have rachmones on you what's the point that's  not why you're here you want to build a passive   income strategy that works for you and for your  family Bezras hashem for years for years to come   and you don't want to do something that somebody  told me and i trusted him and he said and she said   and blah blah blah it makes no sense and if it's  going to flop nobody's going to be interested why   it's floped so it's up to you to make sure  you do the best you can to understand that   this is a strategy that makes sense for you and  always know what is the other person's intention   sometimes getting something for free could be the  most expensive way to get it because if you don't   know their intention down the road you can get  taken advantage of like you have never seen before   so make sure you know that before wow wow we did  it this was the 14 day passive income challenge   please comment below and let me know
