good to be back start a new week uh we
are continuing our
um series we only have a couple of
lectures left in uh this specific series
of the
bet we'll decide what we'll do after uh
probably another
uh say
two yeah probably another two lectures
maybe
um we're here at Sunny Isles in Florida
I have to constantly remind people that
are watching online that uh we do exist
and we are in Florida for some reason so
it's uh toughest part of the message is
where we
are um also for um for anyone that wants
to get daily updates of our shim where
they are different events and uh also uh
short clips that we publish every day
the team AEM constantly Cuts little
Clips five 10 minute Clips every day to
join the uh WhatsApp group uh thees will
post the the uh numbers on the uh
message uh thread but uh you could also
uh text uh 917 468
2324 after you text it you'll be uh
you'll get a uh six
questions uh to uh verify who you are uh
really most importantly to verify that
you're not a Christian
Missionary uh because they do like to
torture us
but uh once you answer the question
you'll be added to the group and then uh
you'll be able to get every
day this I think is one of the best
creations that uh the phones have had uh
in uh in recent years just simply
because it's a uh fantastic way to get
toah uh write to your phone without
necessarily going to the internet
without uh looking for anything you know
who you like you know who you like to
hear all you got to do is just join the
group press play and you have yourself a
k um now I'm not a fan of making one
minute Clips so if you're looking for
one minute Clips you have to look
elsewhere I don't think that anything uh
um that I at least can say that's
worthwhile could be said in one minute I
think you need to at least build an
argument takes usually about four five
minutes sometimes they're a little
longer but I know it's become very
common uh for other organizations to do
one minute Clips or two minute Clips uh
they're trying to uh uh they're trying
to appeal to to the generation
that we have um and that cannot handle
more than 1 to two minute Clips quite
frankly I think it's a mistake uh simply
because um you you need to you know if
they're going to spend two hours
watching a movie and paying $20 for it
they could watch a five minute clip or
10-minute clip and for
free um and again I don't know how much
could be said in 1 minute but uh I I
think that there's a little bit more
needs to be said the reason why I'm
starting off this way is because I think
that um what the bet is telling us here
now is really a very critical message to
our generation in regards to for anyone
that's been following along with the uh
short with the
booklet uh we are on page the bottom of
page
17 and uh the bet is now uh going into a
uh same direction but more uh more
direct of who and
what uh the sh will be for
for David
benana
Sarah
um dor Mercedes and all
of also in ra and ran s but
um so the uh the BET here in a
series he hasn't uh held anything back I
mean you see how kazal speaks is quite
different from the way that uh today's
uh leaders speak especially the rabbis
of the world um and I think this is a
very critical message quite frankly if I
could call every Rabbi in the world to
listen into this lecture I think we
would have actually achieved
something uh because this is a uh
critical message about but really mostly
for
leaders now all of are leaders all of
I'm Israel leaders I remember my R told
me that uh during uh the times of World
War
II
uh the uh
um current American president at the
time I believe it was
Roosevelt uh went to uh
benon and told him uh
listen what are you a little country
over here uh causing so much mess if we
said don't do something don't do
it so uh V goon says to him he
goes how many people you have in your
country
he says uh well we have you know 250
million
people says he goes well what do you
have he go ah we only have 3 million
goes oh okay see that's what should be
much easier he goes no no the difference
you don't understand is you have 250 not
though today is 400
million you have 250 million people I
have 300 million I have 3 million
leaders 3 million prime ministers every
Jew is a prime minister every Jew is a
leader so really this is a uh
instructions for uh for each one of us
because each one of us is a leader of
our own little circle some have families
you want your family to follow you some
have friends you want your friends to
follow you some have uh just a uh group
of people that they know point is is
that this message is for everyone and it
has a lot to do with
says the
following he says however whoever trusts
in hasem will be saved from all of these
tragedies whoever trusts in hem will be
saved from all of these tragedies the
things that were mentioned in the
previous paragraph where in the bottom
of uh the uh page
17 which tragedies
why he says because he's not afraid to
criticize those who do
wrong what's the uh what's the Gula if
you will what's the key to be safe from
all of these tragedies that he was
talking about in the last series of uh
the punishments that people get uh when
they flatter the wicked when they uh
join them if you will or when they sit
quiet he says you want to be safe from
all of these tra IES you have to rebuke
the wicked you're not afraid to
criticize them and where does he learn
it from he says look at yes look at
Isaiah chapter 50 vers 6 and 7 where
Isaiah says my body I gave to those who
smite me and my cheeks to those who pull
my hair Hashem will help me I made my
face like a rock and I knew I would not
be embarrassed so Isaiah fear l ly
exposed himself to being hurt to fulfill
his Mitzvah of lambasting the
wrongdoers Isaiah fulfilled the mitvah
of you must rebuke your
brother now how far does the uh does
that go the r writes
in that you must rebuke your brother you
see your brother driving on Shabbat you
see your brother going out with a Goya
you see your sister going out with a
you cannot just stay quiet you see
somebody eating non kosher you can't
stay quiet if you're connected to them
in some
way you cannot just sit there and say oh
he'll relies on his own one day he'll
wake up I'll pray for him I'll pray for
him now your prayer is great but your
prayer is an extra Mitzvah it's
something you take on extra you don't
have to pray for him but you do have to
rebuke
him now in last
week's we see that mosu rebukes the
people
again and he starts by telling
us not to add not to uh uh take off
anything from his Tora make sure that
you follow
says now Israel listen to the decrees
and to the ordinances that I teach you
to perform so that you may live and you
will come and possess the land that
Hashem the god of your forefathers gives
you you shall not add to the word that I
command you nor shall you subtract from
it and he continues meaning that we
have says You must rebuke your brother
you see your brother doing something
wrong you have to do
something take him to the
side talk to him take her to the side
talk to her
say maybe you don't have any money if
you want I could go borrow a few dollars
get you a dress that actually covers
your whole body maybe it can help you oh
no you have money oh you come from a
rich family okay can you maybe ask your
parents for a early birthday present a
new
wardrobe why because you're is you're
the daughter of the king of kings you
have to look the
part you have to look the part you have
to dress with a gown if you will you
have to dress with a dress that covers
your body you cannot look like somebody
that's uh cannot afford clothes
no what are you talking about my uh my
short shorts cost me
$450 okay but in the previous generation
that wouldn't cost $5 because it would
be considered
underwear we have to understand that
there is a little bit of a missing screw
in the fashion
today and um they sell you a more you
know a uh piece of underwear as a piece
of clothing with a name on it and they
tell you that it's a full outfit for
$400 so maybe I could help you out I
could take you show you who where the
story is you could say it in your own
funny way but the point is you have to
say something why she's your sister
she's your brother now for women by the
way when it comes to women in modesty
guys don't do anything girls should do
this why because guys first and
foremost don't be overly
righteous don't be overly righteous guys
go deal with the guys you have enough
work with the guys second off she won't
take your uh your uh message she'll be
insulted by you but if another girl
tells her something there's a very good
chance that she may listen especially if
she says it in a nice way if she says it
in a loving way I'm just making a little
bit of fun of it to make light of the
issue but the point is is that you see
that your sister that you know forgot
that she's the daughter of the king of
kings and she forgot to dress the part
you have to remind her you have to do
something about it you see that your
brother is driving to
sh you have to say something about it
now if you're connected to him he's your
friend you're already going to the same
Sho for a few
months you verify that this is not a p
every week you realize that this guy
really is driving to sh every week you
have to do something now if you don't
have a
uh either the
courage uh or just the ability to speak
don't worry you don't have to all you
got to do is just get their phone
number and after you get their phone
number use the same finger that you di
their phone number to press forward of
one of our lectures and forward one of
our lectures same
finger and you let me do it why because
this is at least something that you're
doing now yes said I fulfilled the
Mitzvah to such an extent that he
exposed himself to physical pain
and that's actually what the rambam says
so they asked the r how far should I go
when I'm rebuking somebody maybe you
know's maybe he's like a Israeli
hotthead maybe he's uh one of the Middle
Eastern type you know you say something
there what do you
do rambam says you have to continue
rebuking them every time you see
them until they beat you
up till they hit you and some of them
are
ra no it's until they threaten to hit
you R says till they hit you and some
say no until they threaten to hit you
point being you got to do something
don't just say oh I sent him a text I'm
fine right I'm fine Rabbi I'm fine I
just sent him a text I'm fine okay right
I'm done no you're not done why nobody
else is doing the job if everybody here
would send five six seven 8 10 texts a
day and everybody that's watching online
would send five six seven 8 10 texts a
day then I would tell you you know what
you're fine why cuz if if everybody
that's watching me every single week and
everybody here and everybody there is
watching sends 10 texts a day within a
year all
ofba one year everybody does cha but how
don't I know it's not happening because
I keep telling you guys to bring five 10
people every week and I still have the
same amount of people I tell people to
watch online bring five 10 people and
the same amount of people why people are
too busy being selfish would all do
respect that's just a
reality people are too busy being
selfish
they're managing their own life no I'm
busy I got work you know I got okay fine
no problem so when they're in G and
they're
burning and there's no way out because
they're still you're gonna say it I say
to you Steve Steve get me out of here
I'm sorry I can't do it I can't do it
why it's too
late it's too late all your friends
family
neighbors but you know who's going to be
burning with
them the BET says they're
rabbis the rabbis are going to be
burning with them why because
unfortunately many times the rabis here
got your
keeper
unfortunately you keep that one all
right it's for you
present unfortunately the their rabbis
enable
them rabbis are scared of people today
I had a guy cute guy young kid
20s asked me last
week what do I do about my family there
they want me to go to uh an event but
you said I'm not allowed I said if I
said I'm not allowed that that you're
not allowed then you're probably not
allowed but what's the event maybe I
want to go you're not allow I'm going to
go what's the event goes no no it's an
event where uh it's going to be dancing
us dancing is good go boys and girls oh
that's KCT that's KCT why you go a place
where there's boys and girls dancing
that's KCT that's no share of the world
to come why it's it's
considered there are three cardinal sins
in
Judaism where the T says it's better
that you die but don't
sin better that you die but don't sin
one of them is don't murder anybody
thinking you're going to your blood is
worth more somebody tells you either
kill him or I'm going to kill you like
they did back in a Nazi
camp to torture the Jews they would try
to get each one to kill each other
unfortunately sometimes they succeeded
but
rarely say he kill him or I'm going to
kill
you they see them fighting and so on
you're not allowed to kill
anybody even to save your own life you
have to die for
it another one is they tell you listen
listen I'm having a uh I'm having my uh
wedding in the church cuz I'm marrying
Christina I'm inviting you to be the
best man it's better that you die and
don't go to that
wedding why a church is a place of
idolatry a church is a place of idolatry
you're forbidden 100% from entering a
church even if an Arab terrorist is
chasing you you're not let to hide in
the church that's how bad it
is somebody tells you he why don't you
read the New Testament just to see what
you think of
it it's a mitvah to burn
it why it's idolatry idolatry takes very
seriously we saw it
in the first three Commandments he
repeats the Ten Commandments in this
Paras first three Commandments in last
week's Paras talks about God being only
one no other God he doesn't have any
friends up there he doesn't have any
neighbors he doesn't have any helpers he
doesn't have any me nothing him by
himself you believe either in a trinity
of the Christians or in a uh needing of
a helper like unfortunately some Jews
even think that you think that you are
100% an idol
worshipper takes idolatry very very
seriously it's one of the 36 sins what
Tora says that person is cut off very
dangerous to be an idolator
the third one
is is immorality immorality meaning sex
crimes
homosexuality incest
beastiality but also also something that
most Jews today including the religious
do not even know it's a sin to that
extent and that is touching the and of
a the Tor
says something very
scary
that I told somebody last week and he
didn't like it he didn't like it when I
told
him he was actually very upset with me
he started cursing me out like I wrote
the
Torah and he told me how come you're
telling my son not to come to uh the
wedding I said that didn't say to come
to the wedding oh okay I said no no God
said it God said don't go to the wedding
say why CU then there's a death
penalty what are you talking about I
speak Hebrew he tells me I speak Hebrew
I said me too I speak Hebrew too so show
me in the Torah show me in the Torah
where it says you're not allowed to go
to a wedding or B Mitzvah or whatever
mitvah
where there's mixed dancing show me in
the Tora
says so I said okay I'll show you in the
T in chapter
18 verse
19 it says
you shall not approach a woman in her
time of unclean separation to uncover
her
nakedness
this explains to us is theah
of what does it mean anytime a
woman is not
married she's not allowed to go to the
mik not allowed to go to the mik meaning
she cannot become clean she's n
officially even if it's not the time of
the month but what's n in general n is
when a woman has a menstrual cycle she
has a monthly period at that moment when
the blood comes out she becomes nid the
bleeding is generally speaking about
four days sometimes longer depending on
the woman but usually a woman Waits no
less than 4
days after that after the bleeding stops
she has to wait seven Clean
Days Seven clean days where there's no
blood whatsoever and then she has to go
to the mik once she goes to the mik
she's pure again she's allowed to be
with a husband no problem but any other
time before that any time that she's
bleeding or she has not gone to the mik
she's considered 100% an meaning if her
husband touches even her finger we're
not talking about even intimate that's
needless to say we're talking about he
holds his his wife's hand we're talking
about he's hugging his wife he's giving
a nice little peck on a
a nice hello
that's that's like you just drove on
Shabbat now what does this have to do
with mixed
dancing first and
foremost in a wedding in a bar mitzvah
in a b Mitzvah in all of these so-called
celebrations not everybody is
married all of those young single girls
are single which means they cannot go to
the mik which means they're all
nid every single one of them is nid
every single one of them is forbidden
for anybody to touch
them not allowed to touch them in any
way shape or form not to hug them not
all to kiss them not definitely not
allowed to dance with
them so every single single woman is nid
secondly if what if she's married and
she's pure she's only pure to a husband
not to the public
why because now if a person touches a
woman that's married to somebody else
it's even worse what is it it's is it's
his wife she belongs to him you not
touch her yeah but he doesn't mind yeah
he'll go to G him for that too don't
worry he's not allowed to let his wife
be touched by anybody yeah but it's her
cousin okay so go there's enough room
for him
also this is a very serious sin that we
have completely an
about people are having these so-called
Bar mitzvas B mitzvas all types of
weddings and they're creating so many
sins in those parties that little do
they know that they're creating the says
they're creating millions and millions
of demons that are going with them
home and then they're surprised why they
get into car accidents why they have
cancer all of a sudden why all of a
sudden they have schite problems all of
a sudden the husband doesn't love me all
of a sudden the the wife wants a
boyfriend on the side all of a sudden
the kids are failing in school or
they're trying some extra perets but not
for pain all of a sudden everybody's
going cuckoo
mnon they're losing their mind everybody
all of a sudden is going doing stuff
that they didn't do before no no it's
just this age it's just this phase you
know it's midlife crisis you know she's
only 16 you know she doesn't know no
it's not she's only 16 no it's not that
the guy doesn't doesn't know how to
drive no it's not the
weather it's the MIM it's the result of
our actions if you knew who's the one
that pushed your car to get hit by
another car you'd be scared to
death if you knew who's the one that got
that pill in front of you to take it for
the first time you be scared to death if
you knew where all of these asot all of
these disasters are coming from if you
actually saw the image
that are making all of this
happen how scared you would be much
scarier than my lectures cuz it's real
it's real
image I'm simply here to give you the
news simply as a warning you want to
listen be my guest you'll be blessed
forever you want to ignore it as if it's
nothing it's at your own risk but don't
go up to shamai
and tell them you didn't know and that's
what I told this man after I told him
some of the things I just told
you I figured maybe he doesn't want to
listen to the Tora so I'm going to give
him some real life examples people like
real life
examples I have plenty of real life
examples I had a guy tell me listen I
want to invite you to a party I said
okay what kind of party oh it's a b
mitzvah
I said okay where is this B Mitzvah
who's there who's that you know just to
find out the details if it's kosher if
it's not Kosher oh no it's just fine you
know the kids are going to be dancing a
little
bit alarm goes off alarm goes off mayday
mayday mayday I start all the weapons
are out why because the part is in a
month stuff I told you and stuff I
didn't tell you cuz I don't want to
scare too much started coming out I
think Sunny was
there that's why he's so scared he's
behind the camera not in front of me
I start saying oh guys they didn't want
to hear
it they didn't want to hear it no but we
already paid we already paid the DJ
they're only little kids no they're 12
years old 13 years old what bad could
possibly happen I said according to the
Torah they're full grown
adults why is it called but Mitzvah a 12
years old it's full grown adult 13 years
old for a boy full grown adult according
to the Torah
amen did don't want to hear
it it was very sad for me that they
didn't want to hear
it over the next
year car accident that almost killed one
of
them business went bankrupt and the
robbery
on you say n it's one time what's the
big deal one time it happened no it's
happen St another P another
person told don't go to the wedding why
why it's a nice wedding I said don't go
to the wedding it's a wedding is not
allowed it's forbidden to you no but
it's a family friend it's a this it's a
that I said don't go to the wedding
there's mixed dancing that they're
secular these people you cannot go no I
won't dance I'll just sit down the whole
time I said you're not allowed to enter
the place yeah but the rabbi is going
there I said he has plenty of room in
Gom for him you don't want to join
him they didn't want to hear
it over the next year and a half the
tragedies that this person told me about
that they were going through I can write
a book about just about this
person almost died a couple of times the
spouse almost died lost every single
penny they
have we're talking about people already
older 70 years old you you lose your
money at 25 years old it's not a big
deal you have plenty of time to make up
for it 70 years old you lose everything
it's not so much fun
all types of diseases all types of
problems third story told the guy
listen this relationship you have to be
careful there's rules in the Torah don't
do this don't do this he didn't want to
hear it he didn't want to hear it no my
wife loves me everything is good we're
having a baby soon I said you have to
listen to what Torah says don't do this
they want to hear it guess what under
the day the baby was born he went to
come visit the baby the hospital blocked
them off you're not allowed to enter why
not it's my baby I don't know there's a
restriction order against you you're not
allowed to enter but it's my kid the guy
says it's my kid I don't know you
somebody said is this you know this
person he goes yeah it's my wife she
goes yeah she has a divorce and she uh
she doesn't want you to see the
baby people think these are all
happenstances these are all accidents
these are all things that oh maybe this
that no this
happens this happens and a lot of
tragedies happened to is and
unfortunately I have to see a lot of it
I'm sure that ra mrai sees plenty of it
and other rabbis see plenty of it but
many times you're going to hear this
from me and then you're going to go to
some clown that calls himself a rabbi
he's going to say this guy's fanatic
crazy he's like Kamas he's going to put
a label on meas Isis Das something on me
why because he's going to the party and
that's what this guy
did I told the guy what I told him and
he says to me oh you're just making up
stuff you call everything the Torah this
is not the Torah I said this is five
books of Moses what else do you want he
goes yeah but you said t I said that's
oral Tor this written T is oral goes no
no I only accept the five books of Moses
I said okay so I gave you five books of
Moses you want something else is also
mitvah that you read every day as a
Jew meaning that even if you want to go
and you just want to see you just want
to sit there you don't want to go you're
not going to dance with anybody you just
want to sit there you want to see
everybody having a good time Tora says
you're not allowed to watch such things
why it's forbidden it's forbidden for
you to see a man and a woman intimate
intimacy is not just the physicality
that we're thinking in our heads we're
talking about even if a person holds his
wife holds her hold somebody it's not
his wife
you not to look at
it so you don't follow what's in your
heart what's in your eyes don't watch
things in your eyes don't need to things
in your heart you're going to see them
dancing it's wow look they're doing the
uh whatever some dance ballet or
something wow
okay that thought is never going to
leave
you it's very
dangerous so the guy said to me was yeah
but uh Rabbi such and such is
going unfortunately there's no defense
for that one there's no PUK in that's
going to tell me oh yeah Rabbi such and
such is over here yeah it says that he's
a rash no Rabbi such and such I don't
know
him but I do know that there's plenty of
Rabbi such and such that are going to
these weddings and they justify by
saying they're just going to the
reception they're just going to the HOA
but they're not going to stay for the
dancing aside from this being
a this is enabling everybody else to go
to these
places
Now does not like such things does not
like these types of
parties and he writes in last week's
par in the beginning of the he says
follow all my then he gives us the mitv
he gives us the Ten
Commandments and then he
says in chapter five of last week's pal
chapter 5 verse number
26 says who can assure that this heart
would remain Theirs to fear me and
observe all my Commandments all the days
so that it would be good for
them and for their children
forever tells through
mosenu you want good for you for your
kids follow my Commandments
what commandment he's not mentioning all
Ten Commandments he's sending one
commandment what be afraid of
a why because being afraid of
a is the only thing that's going to keep
you from making the immorality
crimes
Shabbat Shabbat it's not something you
have a desire for it's not like somebody
says I can't wait to drive on Shabbat
you don't have a desire for it it's
simply logical you believe in you
believe is real you're going to keep
Shabbat you don't believe in you don't
believe in you're going to fate Shabbat
simple
simple but even people that keep
Shabbat they have certain situations
where they want to punch somebody in the
face they want to hurt him but say wait
a minute you know what I don't have a
real you know I want to punch him I want
to hate him but it's not allowed it's
not allowed to hit him it's not allowed
to punch him why because hasem says no
but that's also logical it's logical
that you shouldn't another
person when it comes to morality when it
comes to
sexuality it's not there's nothing
rational about it why one day it's
allowed another day it's not allowed if
you're married it's allowed if you're
not married it's not allowed in reality
what changed what the RAB blessed
you he said okay you're you're married
now let's say it's allowed now and
before that's not allowed like what
changed really like there wasn't any
like lightning that came from Heaven
said oh you belong to each
other needless to say everybody else is
doing it needless to say you're not even
doing anything you don't even touch
you're just seeing from afar
immorality when it comes to that the
only way to overcome it is pure fear of
a it's the only way loving Hashem is
never going to help you with this
rationalizing it is never going to help
you with
this you're not going to be able to
rationalize it why because it's
irrational it's allowed one day not the
next
day you're never going to be able to
make sense of the whole thing never why
because you're not even touching her
she's over
there it's my body that people tell me
it's my body it's only
natural the psychiatrist even said it's
healthy so the only thing that's going
to keep you from making such
sins is pure fear of and that's why he
mentions it
again in chapter 6 verse number
two again he mentions so that you will
fear Hashem your God to observe all his
decrees and Commandments that I command
you you your child your grandchild all
the days of your life so that your days
will be lengthened lengthened meaning
that you'll live for you'll have
heaven and if that's not enough he
mentions it again in verse chapter 6
verse number 13 like
613 he says hem your God you shall fear
Him him You Shall Serve and in his name
you shall not
swear so fearing a is mentioned several
times in this par
alone he also says don't test theem your
God don't do certain
things but yet we see many
times that people do things as if they
have no fear of
hem
now says that
sometimes people have fear of hem
but they don't
have where they're afraid that Hashem
will punish them if something you know
if they do something wrong but they're
more afraid of
people so the rabbi knows that you're
not allowed to drive on Shabbat but he's
afraid that if he tells the
people Hey guys you're not allow to
drive on Shabbat Hey guys you're not
allowed to have a mixed dancing wedding
Hey guys you're not allowed to uh do all
these things Tor says he knows it's not
allowed he read it in the also just like
I did
but he doesn't say it to
anybody so number one it means that his
is lacking a little bit lacking a little
bit to say the least but even more so
says he has
zero is lacking but his for sure is zero
it's literally zero
why you can
have but
no this plenty of people that are afraid
of hem but they're constantly worried
about stuff they're constantly stressed
out about stuff is this going to work
out is that going to work out if I tell
him is he going to listen if I tell her
is she going to listen if I go are they
going to come if I don't go are they
going to hate me if I tell constantly
doing all of this math and this
calculation in their head and this is
happening in the rabinal world for years
already for hundreds of years there's so
many calculations being done by our
leaders to the point that they've
literally become just like you know
juston was quiet that's an entire
generation of people they don't say a
single thing to people not all rabbis
but many almost
most you tell people listen why don't
you ask your Rabbi is it allowed is it
not allowed so the guy calls the rabbi
because Rabbi says you're not you know
it's not allowed
goes well how come you're going goes oh
you know I have a different position I'm
only going to the reception I'm only
going to do this I he's justifying his
own
sin why because he's scared if he tells
people the
truth those people are going to react
the same way that this guy reacted to me
which was by sending me a five
minute rent of him cursing me out and uh
everything that I came from and
everything that he thinks about me
but I know that that five minutes is the
best five minutes of this guy's life why
it's the first time his heart was woken
up in his life if it didn't affect him
why is he losing his
mind if what I said from a Tora didn't
affect him why is he losing his
mind meaning that it's going to bother
him it's going to bother him a lot and
he's gonna lose some sleep over it and
the only way that it's going to stop
bothering him
is if everybody else also gives in and
enables them to continue this
life everybody has a Moment of
Truth most of us have many moments of
Truth you have a test will give you a
test a really difficult one money test a
girl a guy a job uh whatever everybody's
got their Moment of Truth do you believe
in God or no do you believe God's
watching or no everybody's got that
moment of truth
question is what do you do what do you
do during that
time guys like him that are looking for
excuses are always looking for people
like me to justify their sins by showing
up to these events by telling them no
but there's a way that you can make it
allowed and start creating all types of
fake leniencies to make this event
allowed and that has to do not
with not completely least it has to do
100%
with 100% with confidence
in that even if you tell people the
truth everything will still be
okay and that is what we're lacking
we're afraid to tell people what said
because we're afraid that how are they
going to react if I tell her she's not
allowed to come over anymore for Shabbat
unless she stays over she's going to be
offended and then she's going to stop
being my friend and we start doing all
the calculations for the Satan Satan
doesn't even have to help us Satan's on
vacation why we're doing all the
calculations for him oh if I tell her
then she's going to be offended if she's
offended then she's not going to call me
anymore if she's not going to call me
anymore then how I'm going to help her
become more
religious we started doing all the
calculations oh if I tell them if I tell
the whole Kil that you can't drive on
Shabbat they're not going to be able to
come anymore if they don't come we're
not going to be able to get the donation
if we don't get the donations we're not
going to be able to expend the sh if we
can't expend the how can we build the
Yesa if we don't have the Yesa how we
going to have the Next Generation and
they start doing all the calculations of
what does it mean that if we do this
meaning they have literally decided this
is the only way that a can bring
Salvation by allowing people to make a
sin and that's it meaning that they've
decided that cannot give them their
salvation their results their good in
any other way
and aside from this being lack of it's
also deciding
for how he can bring Salvation to your
life is it's a
heresy because you're limiting
a and all of these people that are
simply telling everyone different things
that are distorting the Torah in order
to appease them in order to make them
feel good about their current life and
their current behavior are simply
destroying another generation we have
another generation of completely
ignorant people and I'm not even talking
about the secular I'm talking about
religious people come to me with basic
Alf bet questions that I'm saying to
myself I don't know I just did Chua how
do you not know
this like how does this where where did
you go you went to Yeshiva yes follow
long my whole life yeah 25 30 years old
yes how do you still not know this
because they don't teach this in Yesa
and I asked myself what do they
teach what do they teach
there there's a flaw in a
system but we cannot blame the we cannot
blame the rabbis we cannot blame any but
by
ourself and the reason why is because
number one and most important we are
responsible for our own teaching you are
responsible to be a teacher to yourself
you have books you have the internet you
have countless resources that if you
really want to know the truth you could
find it it's a click of a
button so you cannot go up to sh and
says no no but the rabbi didn't tell me
but my father didn't tell me my mom
didn't tell me that's not an excuse in
sh nobody here was born with knowledge
of how to drive yet somehow everybody
finds out by the time they're 15 16 17
years old you find out how to drive how
you go to school you read a couple of
books one books or something you try it
a few times after a few crashes you
figure out what you're
doing you figure out what you're doing
you know how to drive why because you
want to know how to drive nobody's born
with knowledge of how to make money but
yet somehow we all figure it out by the
time you're already 14 15 you're already
a hustle you're selling orange juice
you're selling candy bars cards anything
that
moves anything that doesn't move
anything people will buy doesn't buy it
doesn't make a difference they want to
buy it I'll sell it to somebody he try
to but at least I'll make something
everybody hustles and bustles and makes
finds a way to make money but you
weren't born with this knowledge but you
wanted to know you found
out you found out no one is born with
any knowledge about their career or even
what career they're going to
choose some people go to three four
careers by the time they find something
they
like so you had enough time to learn
three four careers but you don't have
enough time to find out about what
Hashem
said and you're going to think that
you're going to go up to Sham and say no
no nobody taught me this and that's
going to actually
work you think that excuse is going to
work you go up to Shai and says no but
my Rabbi uh told me the wrong thing yes
we know your Rabbi told you the wrong
thing he has also and ow his own
punishment but that doesn't absolve you
from the
crime you cannot tell the cop Hey listen
the the teacher from the Driving School
uh you know he didn't tell me that I
have to parallel park that we just told
me to just wing it each time okay well
your teacher will deal with them
accordingly but you my friend you have
to pay a big fine why but it's not my
fault no it is your fault why you cannot
claim ignorance because you're a bad
teacher the bad teacher has his own
account in sh don't worry but it's not
going to absolve you from any sins it's
not going to absolve you from your own
crime you have to be your own teacher if
you try hard enough Hashem will send you
a good teacher too
but the point is is
that when we have teachers that do not
have they're scared to tell us the
truth and part of the reason is because
we make the relationship based on some
type of monetary exchange we've turned
religion into a business where if I
like what tells me about you know my
doing if I like what he tells me about I
don't know my my what my knowledge then
I'll give him a nice donation if he says
hi to me then I'll give him a donation
if he gives me respect then I'll give
him a donation like everything is based
on something it's like a give and take
what about his cause do you agree with
his cause yes okay so isn't that enough
of a reason to give him the donation no
no but he needs to respect me
too what are you looking for a
cheerleader or you looking for a
rabbi if your Rabbi calls you at every
single time you leave him a
message and every time you don't leave
him a message and if he visits your
house constantly and he spends a lot of
personal time with you when does he have
time to spend with everybody
else when does he have time to learn
to when does he have time to publicize
to If he if you want a best friend get
up puppy not a
rabbi people always ask me how come you
don't call me how I don't have
time why don't you have time because I
have thousands of people that I'm trying
to see from G any more
questions oh I know you're busy but can
you call me no I can't call you unless
it's an emergency if it's an emergency I
call you somebody called me on Friday I
called him back why his mom died that's
an
emergency his mom died I called him
I called them none of your mothers die
so I don't have to call you but if
there's an emergency I call but if you
want to call just for me to uh chitchat
with you how you doing how you doing how
are you how are you how you doing how go
byy a
friend why because if a rabbi is your
friend you're not going to have time to
be a rabbi but that's the problem that's
the problem that's why people don't want
to donate cuz they want a friend they
want somebody that's going to call them
and give them
attention their spouse is not giving him
attention their friends are not giving
him attention their colleagues are not g
they want attention from the rabbi or
else they're not going to
donate that's the problem that's where
the rabbis
unfortunately are forced to become your
friends why because they know if they
don't befriend you and they don't call
you 500 times if they don't answer every
little whim that you have and give you
every little bit of attention and show
up to every single event that you have
you're not going to donate they're not
going to be able to build another betet
another Yesa another this another that
so what happens the the rabbi stops
being a rabbi he becomes a
friend so he doesn't learn as much Tor
so when you ask him an questions he's
constantly tell you let me get back to
you why he doesn't
know yeah but he learned in Yeshiva
school yeah but he forgot you don't go
over it you don't go over it you don't
go over it you're going to forget let me
get back to you let me get back to you
let me get back to you let me get back
you then what happens because youve
become so such good friends already
you're at his house every week he's at
your house every other week and so on
and so forth what
happens now you ask him the question and
he has an answer and he knows you're not
going to like the answer why because
you're good friends now so you say how
could I tell him how could I break my
friend's heart to tell him that is the
the wedding between his daughter and uh
and Jose the they're uh there is not
allowed how could I tell him how could I
tell him he's my friend
this is happening
everywhere this is happening everywhere
to such an
extent the people are koshering
pig people are koshering things that are
outright Pig just for the sake of
friendship and money there's a huge
betet in uh something Park here in
Florida about an hour and a half away
from here huge
betet the rabbi
made a wedding between aen and Aya under
a fake
conversion now why is this a big deal
because even if the Goya actually
converted she's still not allowed to
marry theen because Kim are not allowed
to marry not allowed to marry converts
even if she's the most righteous convert
in the history of
man even if she's the most right not low
why toah says K is not to marry convert
there's nothing wrong with the convert
it's just that the Quran is not allowed
that's it it's a rule in the tor a
problem with it go to Hashem have a
one-onone leave with them and see what
he says to you only problem is he's
probably not going to bring you back
though that's
disclosure all to marry a
convert now this Rabbi made an exception
in the Torah why because this
guy donates no less than $100,000 every
young he has a contest with Mr Smith in
the sh and they have a contest no less
than $100,000 how do I know all this the
son told
me the son who thinks he's
Jewish the kid doesn't even know he's
not
Jewish the point isai this is happening
everywhere two cases like this are
happening in New York and standad now as
we
speak as we
speak fake conversions for the sake of
marriage for the sake of donations for
the sake of
something it's constantly happening you
tell people oh listen rabbi maybe you
should do something you're the local
Rabbi there yeah what am I going to do
it's already too
late so this is not just the rabbi's
fault it's also the community's fault
it's because of our sins it's because of
our Behavior it's because we've made the
Torah into a
business the said it years
ago Judaism declared bankruptcy when
rabis started going to rich people
asking for
money now unfortunately you need money
in order to build organization all the
food costs money all the $15 people get
cost money the place cost money the
keepers you're all going to get for free
cost money everything cost money you
need people to
donate without telling them for whatever
reason or another people don't get the
hint they don't
donate but you have to be nice to them
and the second you rebuke them donations
canceled what happened recurring
donation stopped oh yeah tough times
what tough times $80 a month is tough
times you were making $100,000 year last
year if it's that tough times you
stopped the $80 I should donate to
you if it's that tough to
donate the point is is that is not one
of those things that is good to have so
you have a nice life it's literally one
of those things that's a survival guide
It's a survival tool for the entire
religion for the entire people if we do
not have
that is the one that's running the world
we will fail miserably as a people
because we're not going to be courageous
enough to tell people the truth when the
time calls for
it we're not going to be able to do what
we're supposed to when the test are up
to our come to our doors we're not going
to do it because we don't
have so that's why the BET says he gives
an example that's an extreme
example from the book of Isaiah
literally telling us that Isaiah took it
to the extreme said that he put himself
in physical danger just for the sake of
telling people to
admit he continues and he says if there
is a certainty of
danger one is not required to give
rebuke
as it's related in page
22 where a was traveling with two of K
two ancient
people on the way one murdered the other
man and then asked a if he did a good
job a said you did a great
job and told him to cut some
more a then asked R
ran if he had done wrong by encouraging
the and answered that he was required to
do so to save his own life the reason is
as mentioned above that where there is
certain danger to life one may not rely
on a
miracle now here we see where there is a
line where the Torah actually tells you
yes you're allowed to put yourself in
potential danger meaning he may hit you
he may hit you but don't put yourself in
certain danger where he'll kill
you so there is a method to the madness
now if you know for
example there are some
people that are
gangsters that's what they do for a
living now to you they say what's up how
you doing give you a high five if
they're Italians they'll give you a nice
kiss on a
cheek if they're uh Middle Eastern
they'll give you two one on each
but if you look at them the wrong way
you're becoming a Shish
Kabab that's the way it works I know a
few of
them now if you
go to these
people and tell them listen you violate
shabat is going to kill you most likely
they're going to be your shabab why who
are you to tell me hasm is going to kill
me so somebody like that you have to be
very very careful you have to be
careful but believe it or not
there are certain rabbis that are in
sh that specialize in those very same
those
people they specialize in dealing with
criminals and the criminals are
petrified of
them
petrified
when ra
mizi met one of the big criminal in New
York the guy M like a gorilla huge giant
but he he becomes a little puppy
why they understand who's true who's not
who's a real person who's not who's ises
who's not same thing in there's a couple
of rabbis like this they deal with the
Mobsters the Mobsters say something
scared to
death they uh there was a uh
fight there was a fight between two uh
mafia families in
is there was blood in the streets
everywhere got
chaotic to the point where somebody went
to one of the big rabbis said Rabbi you
got to get involved he said bring the
heads of both
families they brought the heads of both
families and then he told them everybody
get out like Rabbi these are the
murderers these are not like regular
people they look at them the wrong way
they make you Shish Kabab get out he
yelled at every get out
everybody get out 15 minutes later both
M bosses come outside crying hysterical
like little
babies why when you have when you have
real fear of everybody's afraid of
you everybody's afraid of you there's a
famous story with
the he was studying his with all of
his suddenly a bunch of Russian soldiers
come into the bet
midash now these soldiers
they would kill for
fun but they heard about this big Rabbi
they want him they go inside they're
looking they're looking all the fall on
the floor all scared who are these
people who these soldiers but you see
the continuing to learn like nothing is
happening and everybody's
watching everybody's watching they're
scar to death because they're getting
closer and closer to the G they're
getting closer and closer to the but
he's studying studying studying they
closer and closer because they get
through the tables they look look and
he's studying and studying and then as
they get approach his table he looks up
takes off his uh talit that was covering
his head and
his hisin was showing there was maybe 50
60 people there or maybe more watched
this and told the story as soon as they
saw hisin the Russian soldiers they all
got scared they ran out of the building
now everybody else was also
wearing but they asked the like what did
you
do he said nothing I just I want to see
who's here said but how come they ran
away from you we all wear but they
didn't run away from
us because it all depends on what you're
thinking in your mind when you we
feeling if your mind is clean of sin and
you're actually doing what a said to do
and you're afraid of a every single
second
that you have the then the world around
you will be afraid of
you but if you just put on your just to
take pictures of selfies you can put on
on Facebook I love those people take
selfies they make it their profile
picture they want everybody to know they
put on once in their life became a sadik
selfie
got
selfie that's what you're thinking about
when you
put says sin why you're not supposed to
think about your selfie when you put on
F
so tells us that this fear of is not
advice it's a commandment
from but there are going to be times
that you're afraid of hem but you don't
have enough in him you don't have enough
confidence in and you're going to be
afraid to tell people the truth now
sometimes
times it's very important to expose
somebody why is it important to expose
somebody because sometimes it's not that
the person has
no and that's the reason why they're not
telling people the
truth sometimes they're just outright
Wicked sometimes they literally it's not
only that they don't have they don't
have fear of hm either they just Wicked
people and that's why several times over
the last few years we've mentioned names
of people that we know for sure are evil
people and you have to stay away
from and it's to do it but at the same
token you have to be very very
careful and use before you expose
anybody because if you expose the wrong
person you could bring much danger to
yourself
the p
22b
says
that
Amara rauna
said that when Shaul became
king he was like a one-year-old who had
not sampled the taste of sin meaning
that Shaul when he became king he was
sinless was perfect
sadik and
ra says to him wait he objected he says
wait a minute
you're saying he uh what kind what do
you mean he's not a
sinner so rephrased what he said he says
the angels of
Terror were shown to
this
why this says there's no way that sha
was so
righteous there's no way the show was so
righteous ah he made sins later on so he
must have did something
things he said something bad about a
sadik that passed away
already later on that day he retracted a
statement why did he retract the
statement because the whole night all
types
of came to him and started torturing him
says how dare you talk about sha the
sadik like this yeah but we all see in
the T that he did Sin a couple of times
says he sin those sins are stated in the
tor but he was righteous in the eyes of
hem overall you can't say that he did
something he didn't do meaning from
there we learn you have to be very very
careful of who you're talking about
because if that person really is
righteous and you're talking bad about
him you could bring much damage to your
life I promise you you don't want
visiting you not in your dreams and not
in
reality now but later on there's a
confusing later on same p page end of
page
22 it says the
following said in the name
of any tah
scholar who doesn't take
revenge or bears a grudge like a snake
and no is not a true
meaning anyone that somebody did
something bad for you you're you know a
lot of T and somebody crossed you and
you don't take revenge you're not
anymore you're
nothing says wait a minute hold on a
second isn't it a
sin there's a sin in the it says don't
take revenge don't take your revenge
against your brother don't go against
the people what are you
doing we is saying not only you should
take revenge you're saying that if you
don't take revenge and you were now your
status is gone goes on garbage you're
nothing 25 30 years of learning to day
and night they're in the garbage worth
nothing why for taking
Revenge it's very interesting it says
first of all when it
says it's talking about monetary
monetary issues meaning if somebody
stole money from you somebody took a
advantage of you monetarily and now take
revenge let
have will take care of it somebody stole
money from you hasm will take care of it
somebody took advantage of you hasem
will take care of it you're not allowed
not only you're not allowed to take a
Revenge you're also not allowed to have
any Vengeance in your heart meaning you
can't hate him anymore you have to next
time you see him hug him like you love
him that much I know one boy one guy
he had a altercation with his
landlord landlord according to the
statistics and the facts it's a piece of
work not such a nice guy but he's a
Jew calls himself an even learns in Nia
too so this guy wasn't such a nice guy
anyway long story
short time came and the guy had to move
but he wanted him to move early he said
listen I didn't find a house give me
more
time says no no no you're ruining my
life you're ruining this you already
made a whole big scene out of
it now this guy was so scared of making
him upset he just found in the next
house he said can you give it to me yes
how much is it it's 100% more expensive
Almost 100% more expensive than the last
house how you going to pay for it God
only knows he took the house why he
didn't want to offend the other Jew
they don't want to offend the other Jew
meaning somebody that holds on to a
mitvah wants to do
something he can go far now you say wait
a minute okay but he hurt himself now
now he's going to spend instead of
spending I don't know $1,000 a month
he's going to spend 2500 instead of 2500
spend 3500 instead of 5,000 spend 8,000
it's a lot of money how's he going to
get this
money says if somebody crushed you with
money don't take revenge why I'll take
care of it how did he take care of it
for this one particular person so far
already it's been two years he has no
problem with money somehow the money
always shows up and he pays for the
house why takes care of
it takes care of it so when it comes to
money don't take any Revenge when
somebody crossed you with money why
because that was the hand of a he's the
one that made it happen he decided to
take money from you for some particular
reason and he used him as the
hand if it wasn't him it would have been
somebody else that would have taken
money from you if it wasn't her it would
have been somebody else that would have
taken money from you if somebody did
something to you and that you created a
monetary loss for you yeah you can take
him to a bed but the say the entire
tractate
of which talks about monetary law that's
only for people who don't
have meaning who where do you use these
monetary laws this the entire body of
law of that you know for monetary laws
who's it for who's going to go to the he
says people don't have why if you have
you know that oh he stole from you okay
don't worry if it's yours hasem will
return it if it's not yours hasem will
return it hasm will will not return it
meaning don't let the fool you to
thinking that oh I can get it back if I
take him to a bedine I can get it back
if I sue him in regular Court I can get
it back if I threaten him I can get it
back if I do this this and that if you
have move on which is very very hard
very hard there's plenty of people that
I would like to
sue but then thear says wait a minute
okay so if I if if the only time that
I'm not allowed to have vengeance is
when it comes to money so am I allowed
to have Vengeance if somebody hurt me
physically
somebody hurt me somebody insulted me in
public somebody wrote a comment about me
on the internet somebody uh beat me up
can I do
that says you shouldn't but if
you're if you're you have to but not
yourself not yourself you don't do
anything but you keep this misery that
you have this the fact that you're upset
that somebody crossed you that somebody
beat you up somebody insulted you that
somebody did something you keep it in
your heart don't let it go why because
you're is the honor of
the Don't Let It Go and AEM that sees
what's in your mind that sees what's in
your heart say oh my son is upset cuz
this Shmo insulted him in public said
about him no no I'm going to do
something about this and Hashem takes
revenge against that person now ideally
you should love everybody but says there
are people in love why because
they so with that being
said there is a time and a place for
everything but you always have to check
with a if you're allowed if you're not
allowed to say to do to you know you
can't just decide who's a rash and who's
not now if somebody is a verified rash
meaning if somebody has
has somebody has is a well-known person
that distorts the Torah there's no
second uh uh way about it this is a
person that was warned many
times you've called them you've text
them you've uh sent messages and it's
one time after another this person is
continuously doing things like for
example some of these people that are
pedophiles some people are pedophiles
it's a mitvah to publicize who they are
it's a sin to hide them for the
community to hide
who these pedophiles are who these
rapists are It's a Sin from why cuz
they're harming other people and as long
as you hide them as long as you Harbor
this criminal he's going to continue
performing crimes
elsewhere so if you know that somebody
is such a criminal it's an obligation
for you to expose this person in every
way shape or form put their pictures on
the internet put them in let people know
who's their neighbor and so on and so
forth you have to yeah what about Chua
listen chuva is fine thank you very much
but we still can't trust you why you
took you took you took it you you lost
that once you did what you did you lost
that the same thing goes with people
that are liars for example you see
missionaries sometimes Jewish
people join the church and become
missionaries and there's
a that is actually now answering if
somebody was a missionary but now he
wants to do chuva
say say even after he does we not let
they accept him but the truth is that
you can accept him after he
shown that he really did chuva but in
the beginning you know have to help him
somebody that was a missionary not have
to help
him why you lost that you lost that
privilege of us trusting you once you
started recruiting for the
enemy even more so it goes to people
that are distorting the
tah because by far they're more
dangerous than everybody
else now the rapist the pedophile this
is a person that's
sick sick
demented something vile and disgusting
but at most he'll damage a few
lives that's the hand of hem also but
it's few
lives the missionary the missionary
also vile disgusting bringing people
to but even if he pretends to be a like
we they caught somebody in uh in New
York in Montreal and a few places of
these Christians that pretended to
beim how many people going to get one
couple two three four few few people
they're not going to get a whole
community of
people but someone that distorts the
Torah and and tells you it's okay to
drive on Shabbat you could still be
counted for
Manan as long as you believe in some
Rabbi that died or you believe in me or
you givea or everything is okay AEM
loves you no matter what someone that
distorts the Torah to that extent that
tells you that you can continue sinning
is more dangerous than any pedophile any
Christian Missionary any any human being
in the world why because he can get not
only entire communities he can get
literally entire cities of
people to follow what he says why
because he sounds very
friendly and people are going to attract
are attracted to people that are
friendly and they want to do it and
what's going to happen people are going
to rationalize that he's right why he's
a rabbi after
all he's a rabbi after all and that's
what the BET says here is that it's not
just dangerous
to not rebuke people it's also dangerous
to be part of it and not say anything
you see that there's a certain Rabbi
that's distorting the K like what's I'm
talking about in Palm Springs I think
it's called like his Kaa that knows what
he did with a few couples in that Kaa
that's a that Kaa is part of the crime
different people that exist here
different people that exist in uh in New
York these people not saying anything
and not allowing it to continue
happening are enabling the rabbi to
continue and the reason why is because
this Rabbi depends on people's support
in every way shape or form and as long
as no one says anything about it he's
going to continue or if it's a rabbitson
she's going to continue lying and
distorting the truth to such an extent
that you'll have an entire generation of
people believing that you're allowed to
drive on Shabbat believing that you're
allowed to eat whatever you want
believing that you're allowed to go to
these mixed dancing parties believing
that you're allowed to Simply sin
against the toah just because hm loves
you and bet to finish says the reason
Hashem requires us to safeguard Our
Lives even though it's easy for hem to
make a miracle is because hem tries to
avoid making Miracles if if hasem would
make open Miracles we would be forced to
believe in him and we would no longer
have free will if every sadik could
battle lions and survive
it it would become obvious that the mitv
can save and everybody would become and
therefore no one would get credit for
choosing to be a sadik the BET says that
many of us are assuming oh wait a minute
I have so he'll take care of this if
this Rabbi is alive
then let hm take care of this problem if
this missionaries a problem let hem take
care of this problem everybody says let
hm take care of this that's what the
here tell us don't do that why if
AEM want was going to take care of it he
wouldn't have presented it in your
life if you are going to a Sho you
happen happened coincidence as if it
exists coin you coincidentally go to a
Sho or you are next door neighbor to a
rabbi that's well known to be a
liar well known to be a pedophile well
known to be some type of
manipulator or whatever type of person
businessman doesn't make it doesn't
necessarily need to be a rabbi anybody
that's a manipulator a liar or an
influencer of some kind you happen to
know this guy you happen to live next
door to him you happen to be part of the
same group what do you think it's a
coincidence that you're part of the same
group no is giving you the opportunity
to decide do you want to be my
vessel to expose the truth or you just
want to be a innocent
bystander because it's not your problem
it's not your problem right he's he's
killing people left and right and
destroying there it's not your
problem
this is one of the things that are
probably the most difficult to
do and the reason why is because in
order to to to do such a thing you have
to have confidence in
hasem and the reason why is because when
you rebuke people and you expose people
and you tell people the truth it's not a
pretty
sight people yell at you people curse
you people take offense to it sometimes
they cry sometimes they yell all types
of things that are
unpleasant but that's where we have Al
that's why we have have the laws of the
Torah and people are going to say wait a
minute what
about what about exposing people isn't
that a sin so everyone
learns because of
the made it very easy for us to learn it
even though Tora talks about already
from the time of the first was actually
done by the serpent the snake he
said so the dean of we already know from
the time of
even before the Torah was given
butom he put it in a simple form form
formula where he put it in a few books
you want to learn laws of here you go
easy writes in the laws of chapter
4 S 7
and8 he says one is allowed to repeat
the wrongdoings of a person who was
raised in a religious environment and
has cast off the Yoke of Heaven meaning
if you know somebody went off
the you you are allowed to tell people
hey by the way don't uh don't go with
this guy why no he's off the de he's
a he a so people say wait a minute how
can you say that he's the guy comes from
a religious family his father's a rabbi
such and such goes no no no he went off
the it has nothing to do with his family
him we have a problem with why he went
off the D he's a danger to
society why is it danger to society he
says the reasoning is simple the
says if we allow R to rise up unchecked
in our midst and we do not take a stand
against the evil our silence is not
counted as righteousness but his
foolishness for allowing a cancer to
grow
unhindered if you
simply says you know somebody as aash
but no no I'm going to be silent about
it I don't want to say maybe he'll do on
his own maybe I'll change his mind maybe
somebody else will do the
job
says that's not
righteousness that's you're being
stupid that's simply stupidity why
because now because you didn't say
anything about this Ras he's going to
continue doing his evil because he's
assuming since nobody said anything oh
I'm innocent I'm innocent nobody said
anything he stole from the store but
nobody said anything so steal again it
starts with a candy then it's a a few
candies then it's maybe cast from the
register then it's this then it's that
and there was a uh a Ponzi scheme
anybody know what a Ponzi scheme is
panzi scheme is which one guy steals a
lot of money in so many words by
cheating a bunch of people to invest in
a fake investment that's what a panzi
scheme is the most amount of money
that's stolen is through Ponzi schemes
like for example in the old days they
used to rob banks nobody robs Banks
anymore why that's not enough money
Banks don't carry much money even if
it's a big Bank most of the money leaves
the place the most amount of money that
you can steal is through Ponzi schemes
or public companies but that's a
different story altogether but panzi
schemes in general that's why because
you get a bunch of people to invest by
telling them that you're guarante being
that they're going to have a certain
amount of return they're going to give
you a million dollar you're going to
give them $2 million they're going to
give you a million do you're going to
give them $1.2 million over a set amount
of time when you tell them all these
fake things there's no risk it's
risk-free it's uh guaranteed I'll send
you money every month you make them feel
safe and they actually do it they give
you the money and you send them the
money wait a minute how can you say that
you're going to do something and it's
not real but yet you're still giving
them the money I mean at some point
you're going to need the money to pay
them how do you do it you're taking
somebody else's
money that also invested he invested a
million dollars because you promised
them a million two $200,000 profit so
now that means you have to not only
return him the million dollars you have
to return him a Million Dollar Plus
$200,000 so what do you do you take his
million dollars but then you take
somebody else's million
dollars so now you have that extra
$200,000 so you start paying him a
little bit at a time each month you pay
him a little bit at a time at $200,000
you're not paying him a million two back
you're paying him $200,000 over a period
of a year the other guy that give you a
million doll you also have the money for
him it's his own money you give them
$200,000 now they see oh wow I got
$200,000 profit I don't want the million
dollars back I want to invest another
year in fact I'm going to give you even
more money in fact I'm going to give you
a bunch of friends and each one of them
gives a bunch gets a bunch of friends
and they all get the money together into
this safe
investment that's all
fake but nobody knows because they keep
getting money every month
in essence what they're doing is they're
getting their own money and their
friends money back but eventually this
all collapses and the reason why is
because this depends on a NeverEnding
supply of new investors as long as new
investors continue to funnel more money
you can continue using Peter's money to
pay Paul and once Peter stops coming in
you don't have you run out of money you
can't pay Paul
anymore so panzi schemes are a way for
that's how Bernie made off made made a
big by stealing billions of
dollars a guy named Stanford also stole
about $8 billion and many many other
thieves stole billions and billions of
dollars why am I telling you this this
also happened in the religious
communities this also happened by
religious people in Lakewood in Los
Angeles in New York in many
places this happened and one of the one
of the articles that I read actually
said that one of the rabbis or somebody
that was an influencer of some kind said
I always knew there's something wrong
with this guy the guy that actually
stole the money I always knew but maybe
I should have spoken up 20 years
ago meaning the the fruit was already
rotten when the guy was 15 16 years old
and everybody knew but nobody said
anything so he became more rotten and
more rotten and eventually got became
when you're when you're rotten 15 year
old is not such a big deal when you're
run 25 it becomes a bigger deal you're
35 you have access to money you access
to to all types of friends and so on
you're able to speak better you're able
to do different things you become
dangerous to
society so not speaking the truth about
people that are criminals is a crime
itself it's not
righteousness it's
stupidity cuz you know if you saw
somebody murder another person you tell
you tell the police you tell somebody so
when you see somebody murdering
somebody's why aren't you doing the same
thing that's what the says in the first
here the second one he says this is in
chapter8 number
five says the prohibition against
speaking applies when some when spoken
about someone who's considered meaning
one of your people namely in observance
of
Tora however regarding those who are
recognizably aim Heretics it's a mitvah
to disparage and shame them to their
face and behind their back for
everything that one Witnesses or hears
about them the Torah States in Leviticus
25:17 and Leviticus 1916 that one should
not wrong his fellow and also do not act
as a tail Bearer among your people but
Heretics do not fit under this category
for they do not act as your people
therefore we follow the practice as
taught by
aan those who hate you hasem I will hate
and your rebellious ones I will dispute
and a heretic is one who denies the laws
and Prophecies of Israel whether the
written law or the oral law even if he
says all the Torah is true with the
exception of one scriptural verse
needless to say or one grammatical
detail he is included in this
category so here even into intentionally
we will destroy it so here
says when it comes to people are always
scared about l oh no I don't want to say
I don't want to tell you his name
because I'm scared of L what what do you
want to tell me oh it's this Rabbi in my
community or this guy in my community or
this woman in my community then in so
many words she's destroying people's
lives well listen if this person is
destroying people's lives it's an
obligation to say it's obligation to say
something about them why cuz not only
are you it's for toilet it's to help
other people but even more so this
person is most likely a heretic for
something so is this person keep Shabbat
oh no he doesn't keep Shabbat oh okay
there you go he's a heretic so he's not
the laws of don't apply to
him just told us someone doesn't keep
Shabbat expose them to the public all
you want you shouldn't get yourself used
to it meaning don't start talking about
every person that violate Shabbat that's
not exactly a great habit but if this
person is hurting other people no
problem what about if this person is
teaching people the false falsehood
falsity all types of false
teachings here we go again this person
is considered a heretic if he tells
people you have to believe that somebody
died and now he's the mashiah or that
they you know that Shabbat is allowed to
be counted in even though the says no
even though the r says no even though T
constantly says no but he says such
things guess what he's a
heretic he doesn't have to be a heretic
in the entire Torah to be called a
heretic just like the says even if he's
a heretic in just one
thing he says no this law not not for me
it's not for this generation somebody
told me the other day he's like I asked
the rabbi about wasting seed he goes no
this is not for this generation I said
that's not you cannot call him a rabbi
anymore why he's a
heretic to say that there's one law in
the tah one law in the tah that's no
longer valid that's heresy that's the
definition of
heresy
so we have to know that there's a time
and place for us to be righteous and as
an instruction of how to be righteous
you cannot decide what's righteous and
what's not righteous you have to go
according to the
Torah now the problem that we have as we
said before is
that sometimes we have fear of hem
sometimes we see that Hashem runs the
world Hashem does wonderful things
Hashem does things that are scary we
understand that Hashem runs the world
but we're still scared to expose the
criminals
we see that the rabbi open a whole new
parking lot for people to drive on
Shabbat we see that the rabbi is
collecting a bunch of stock up but he's
not really using the money for what he
said he's going to use the money for we
see that somebody collected a few
million dollars for some campaign but in
reality because we have an inn we know
that that campaign never existed didn't
start didn't end it's not it's just
purely for their own piggy banks cuz
they're
pigs you know that something's wrong you
know that something's run he said no no
but uh hem will take care of this I'm
scared I'm afraid of hem that's but
that's why I'm afraid to say
something says no that's a mistake the
says no that's a
mistake there's a time and a place to be
righteous you have to know that
if showed you a criminal there's a
reason for
it there's a reason for it if you saw
somebody performing some type of crime
that's hurting other people people
there's a reason why hasem is showing it
to your eyes you don't have to be a
rabbi you don't have to be anything you
saw
crime just like they say in New York if
you see say see something say something
but they're talking about bombs this is
spiritual bombs now again there is a
place and a time to do it maybe the
rabbi forgot so you know go to them
privately ask them Hey listen Rabbi you
said something in a I wasn't really sure
can you double check you said that it's
okay if you drive on Shabbat I wasn't
sure if that's love you sure about that
see if he explains himself see if
something double check maybe the guy's
not a but once you have kak meaning once
it's already a pattern that this guy is
constantly violating the
Torah that's it it's shown to you time
and time again for a
reason if somebody is
righteous and you know that they're
doing good things you should also
publicize it you should also do
everything everything good to everything
possible to expose that uh that
righteousness don't just focus on bad
things I have some people that every
other day they send me all the the worst
news of Judaism it's like I'm a terminal
for bad news I'm police officer for the
internet really rabbi did this Rabbi do
this can you do something can you do
something can you do a lecture about
this I said how many lectures you want
me to do about these rabbis all day I
can't if I spoke about every single bad
person on Judaism I would never have
time to learn
toah so don't just focus on the bad the
reason why I'm having first of all this
is what the is talking about but the
second reason is because this is what
the mitvah that we're scared of we're
not scared of publicizing good things
we're scared of publicizing bad things
because we don't want it to be
a we don't want to desecrate hashem's
name but it's very important for us to
know that yes desecration of hashem's
name is a horrible horrible thing but if
somebody's desecrating hashem's names
privately
by telling his fake teachings or
missionizing or doing all types of
things that are against the Torah that
will eventually grow and as each time it
grows that person that had the
opportunity to expose it becomes a
partner to the
crime so it's very important for us to
know when and how and what to do you
could do it anonymously you could do
itth publicly there's a lot of ways to
do it the point is for us to do
something
simply do something and the reason why
is because again if the rabbi is
righteous you should do everything
possible to get more people to go to his
more people to watch his do as much as
possible if the rabbi is dangerous to
society you have to expose that
too because right now we have a very
confused generation and people are
simply don't know what to do they don't
know what to do they don't know right
they don't know left and this has does
not have to do with just this has to do
with you
is critical but we also have to know
that is just as critical because you
could
have without but you cannot have
without if you have that means you
already have because you're not going to
have confidence inem unless you're
afraid of him unless you know who you're
dealing with but to be to know that hem
exists everybody knows everybody's
normal knows that hem exists but it
doesn't necessarily mean that we think
that he's watching and monitoring every
little minute so this is a little bit of
in regards to a very pertinent issue to
this generation I know it's probably not
the most a pleasing uh topic to talk
about but quite frankly I think it's a
uh it's for us to understand the
magnitude of uh the danger that we're
all in as a people because remember even
though all of you are young some of you
don't have kids yet one day you will is
m is measure for measure last generation
has a generation of kids that are IGN
ignorant why last generation didn't
invest enough time learning
to didn't invest enough time learning to
they they learned it superficially so
they have an entire generation of
ignorant people their kids know even
less than them last generation most of
them knew how to pray most of them knew
basically
the but they didn't continue developing
that knowledge so this generation
doesn't know anything nothing they don't
know how to pray they don't know you
tell them say what do you mean what is
that say it's a weekly Torah portion
goes what's the Torah it's Judaism oh
okay Jewish people I said yeah like you
oh okay okay fine so what do you do what
do you guys do about this par what is it
food said no it's not food it's not food
it's not food that's why gave us a mount
three 3,000 years ago he goes how do you
know 3,000 years ago you were there you
started the kid's 18 years old doesn't
know nothing why because his father
didn't study anything
his fathers didn't study
anything I'll give you another example
many women many
women complain about their husbands they
don't have SCH literally it's almost
every other house almost every other
house has problems with
slite if said in the shield today this
is the clearest sign from
Hashem that it's mid mid why you look at
all of these houses all of these houses
that have schlite
problems the overwhelming majority of
them have an emodest
wife the wife is emodest obviously the
the husband also has problems it's not
justifying the husband but you'll see
all of the houses that have schom bite
problems is a constant common
denominator e modest wife why ises e
modest wife have to do with schum
problems when you're IM modest you're
causing other men to look at you when
you cause other men to look at you you
are destroying other people slite
because he's talking to his wife but
he's thinking about
you so you destroy other people slum is
destroying
your measure for measure every little
thing that we see in our life is always
measure for measure if we Dove enough
will'll see that this is something that
we did ourself there's no mistakes
there's no happen stance there's no
coincidence everything that's happening
in our
life is doing for a reason but that
doesn't mean that we can't do CH we can
we can fix ourselves we can't go back to
and repent and say I'm sorry but we have
to start doing something we have to
start doing something don't wait until
it's a uh day before you die or uh
you're already too old you're already
Young bem you already came to a
few it's enough of a reason for you to
start doing
Chua any
questions you had a question in the
middle of the
shoe forgot it forgot it think very you
tell
me yeah I remember it now you remember
it how about so I know
like and he's too afraid to speak up
because if he does say something wrong
he might lose his job you know okay so
you that
situation
so this is an issue that is very
common and it all depends on whether he
has or not if he has there's one
circumstance if he doesn't have is a
different circumstance so I'll tell you
what happened once I'll give you both
examples one time there was a rabbi that
I know
he scared to death of
but he knows that he has a very
difficult
K very difficult K these people are like
rash
criminals not easy people he talks they
interrupt him every two seconds they
yell at
him one time they threw a chair in the
middle of Shabbat I mean
criminals so this guy he says he tells
me he goes listen if I said what you
said they'll throw the chair at me next
time
I said I know I know these criminals not
good goes yeah that's what I'm going to
bring you you say it why if it goes well
if it goes well I'll keep bringing you
if it's bad I'll say hey I I didn't know
this guy's so crazy yeah I'm sorry guys
I'm
Sor why because he has he wants to tell
him the truth but he knows that he can't
do it himself if he does it himself it's
going to end right there and then so
what does you do you bring somebody like
me fortunately and unfortunately there's
not many people like me
in the world somebody asked me today he
says he wants to start a kiru
organization by where he lives I want to
start a kiru organization to do good
things to publicize tah I said great
well good luck CU what what what's the
problem I said well money you have no
problem you have money you have money uh
Place location there's not you know
there's so much land in America that uh
you could you could build from the
ground up you could build five worlds
place you have land you have money you
have Jews exist somewhere wherever you
live that's good speakers on the other
hand good luck with that one because why
good luck why it's hard to get a speaker
can find a speaker every other day I
said speaker it speaks the truth you
want to teach to you want to teach uh
Smurfs want to teach Smurfs you can buy
something you get somebody for 100 bucks
a
day nothing but I want somebody to teach
to right now to my knowledge there's
less than 10 in the world that speak
English and tell the truth less than 10
in the world and I'm being very very
generous with the
number somebody that's a big told me
there's
three he told me I'm one of them but
point is is that not many not many so I
told him if you find one in your middle
of the nowhere location it's like
finding mashiah hey mashia where you
doing in America okay come come why
because it's so there's so few there's
so few that are willing to to tell
people the truth so what happens if a
rabbi wants to tell people the truth but
he's afraid that they're going to get
fired and so on what do you do you bring
somebody like me and the good news is
there's not many people like me you
could bring ra bring me there's a few
people but there's not many you don't
have that many of that large of a choice
so you won't get confused why you can
pretty much see who gets results of
people doing Chua and who just makes
people feel good about thems who is
there like a cheer
and who gets people to uh you know
scratch their head and try to figure out
what are they going to do with their
life cuz they have to change who gets
people to get divorce because of
intermarriage and who gets people by to
get fixed because they realize that
they're both Jews point is is that the
stronger speakers are going to do the
things that are most
inconvenient now there's another example
somebody I'll answer your question after
somebody who did not
have and and when he heard the truth he
rejected it says years ago he went to a
Sho in uh I think it was
Brooklyn and uh he told the you know big
Sho K everything and he told the people
that anyone that drives on Shabbat is
considered an idol worshipper which is
what T says R says
inat in uh not few places the ra
mentions it point is they know drive on
Shabbat mentioned in the lecture as he's
saying this you know everybody's like
this he's like it's the first time they
ever heard it even though they're all
Jewish he sees in the back of the Kil in
the back of the room the rabbi the rabbi
and like one of the uh board members are
both waving to
him like stop it so he continues he sees
that they're trying to stop him he
continues even
stronger so they stop him in the middle
he stopped him in the middle like oh we
just want to talk to you one second one
second want to talk to you one second
took him outside goes no what are you
doing you you're ruining everything goes
what because can't tell them not to
drive on Shabbat we're going to lose the
entire K almost everybody drives on
Shabbat they all drive to our we need
Unity
so nods goes back inside and he goes
even stronger he goes you know what they
stopped me over the outside because they
told me not to tell you to stop driving
on Shabbat but they're Liars don't drive
on Shabbat he told them everything they
kicked them out they kicked them out now
he tried his best right he tried his
best some of the people
in but those what happened to them I
know a story of one of them one the
rabbi of the Kila sometime past he went
to a trip with his family him his wife
and I think two kids they went to is
drove on the road got hit by a truck
everybody
died I think it was within a year or two
of this
event why you didn't want to say the
truth that's one problem but when the
truth arrived at your
door you stopped it now you think this
is the only story I have some of my own
one Rabbi tried to put a stop to it
three months later he got cancer another
Joe Schmo stopped the lecture was
supposed to have an event stopped the
lecture a month and a half later his son
his uh I know kid was born didn't leave
the hospital for almost nine
months and so on and so forth people
that get in the way of a they put their
life in danger we don't publicize all of
these things because it's not exactly
something you're proud of but the point
is bad things happen to people that get
involved in the for you to say the is
one thing yes you should
but it's much much worse if you stop it
yes I was asking let's say like you were
saying how people crimes and stuff let's
say you snitch on him so he comes out of
jail like a couple years and a lot of
people be telling him like yo he
snitched on you he snitched on you like
and then after the next day he's going
to kill you like you understand why
would snitch on him if like you're
scared what he's going to do next like
what is he going to harm you and stuff
you understand so telling people it
depends depends on what what you're
snitching about it depends what you're
snitching if it's something that's
monetary then the first thing is you
need to go to the uh to the bedin and
you have to bring it to the bedin to
some strong rabbis before you go to the
uh go to the authorities you have to go
and try to get some rabinal help but if
it's a situation where the guy's a
murderer or a rapist and he's harming
other
people then there's uh no uh there's no
uh delay you have to go to the police
and don't worry the Tor says anytime you
do aah you have nothing to worry about
you have the protection of the Tor the
entire to protects you you don't have to
worry about this person killing you you
don't have to worry about this person
hurting you in any way shape or form in
fact this person is most likely going to
come thank
you and I okay I'll give you examples I
have after the lecture I show you a
recording I uh I gave somebody about a
year ago a little over a year ago
people ask me questions I try my best to
answer them and this young guy was
telling me listen he's having problems
with his family what they're all
rejecting is chuva he's doing chuva his
uh wife to be is doing chuva they're all
trying to do good things but his family
is rejecting
it he doesn't know what to do I told him
listen you stay strong you make sure she
stays strong and you'll see that time is
going to come not only they're not going
to reject your chuva
but they're going to ask you for a
blessing today today or yesterday he
said Shabbat or today he sent me a
message and I'll show you you could hear
it yourself he says I want to tell you
that what you said a year and a half ago
it happened today what happened he said
my family that was against me today one
of my uh
aunts called my and talked to my wife
says listen I need to talk to your
husband she goes why what happened you
goes oh my son is having problems da he
goes okay what my husband going to do
he's not a he's not a guidance counselor
goes no your husband is very holy I need
him to bless us your husband's very holy
I need him to bless us maybe he'll solve
our problems again it's silly but it's
great
why at the end everybody knows what's
true and what's not at the end everybody
knows if you stay
strong will bless you countless times to
such an extent that
says if hem is happy with what you're
doing even your enemies will come and
say I'm
sorry to that extent your enemies your
enemies what do enemies want to do
enemies want to kill you enemies want to
hurt you Hashem says if I'm happy with
you I'll even make your enemies come say
and apologize to you to that extent to
that extent that's how much Hashem runs
the world with
Precision if you believe in the to but
if you're just a uh you know if you just
don't believe a you're not going to do a
lot of these things you're going to be
scared for your own pocket or your own
this your own that so again I'm not
saying to go
start snitching on every single person
that may or may not have done something
wrong you have to obviously have kak you
have to make sure this person is a bad
person it's not a you know possibility
you have to go according to the Torah go
uh you know there's different things
different procedures you have to follow
but when it comes to the easy part the
easy part is to everybody knows which
one of their family or friends or
community members is keeping or
violating the law meaning the Torah
everybody knows who keeps Shabbat who
doesn't keep Shabbat it's not like a
secret people don't hide it anymore
people don't have any Shame about it you
know in the old generation if you smoked
a cigarette as a kid you'd hide it you'd
smoke behind the house you'd smoke in
like some basement why because if any of
the parents so you smoke a cigarette all
of a sudden you don't have any friends
anymore why you're the smoker you're the
13-year-old smoker you're on today kids
smoke marijuana with their parents at
12:13 there's no shame there's no
nothing it's completely a pathetic
regeneration that's what it is they
smoke p with their parents remember I
saw I'm tell guy says oh when I start
smoking he goes oh my my dad gave me I
what yeah my dad gave me a
joint
said what a generation we have so this
is out a generation with shame there's
no shame which means that it's easier to
know who's a criminal and who's not so
that means that you can help people
because you know who's doing wrong and
who's doing not who's not doing wrong
you know who's driving on Shabbat you
know who's breaking Shabbat you know
who's doing all these different things
so you could tell them you don't want to
tell them just send them a message with
my lecture on it or Ra's lecture or any
lecture that you find that's uh good
that's talking about that specific
spefic issue that they're violating and
keep doing it don't give up the point is
is that don't just sit there idly doing
nothing this was by the way I'll just uh
last thing this was one of the
mistakes that we've made many times
throughout all of the
generations whether it's the BET mikdash
generation first one second one or even
the
Holocaust the uh the book I was mangle's
assistant uh where uh n Nicolas nili was
a uh
helper uh to Mangal the malit in the
Holocaust um he would this Jewish guy
would uh you know do the uh all of the
uh cutting up all of the bodies and
examining them and so on and so forth
all of the horrible things and one of
the things that he talks about is what
happened with all of these different
Camp these Su Commandos these different
shifts of few hundred Jewish men that
worked for the Nazis by force is that
out of
14 14 I guess under
Commandos only one
revolted the other 13 did their work
four months later the Nazis killed them
the other one did their work four months
later the Nazis killed him meaning the
Nazis would use them until they knew too
much then they killed him
and they would actually use the Jews to
destroy the Jews meaning they would take
the Jews from the camps from the ghettos
and put them in the actual uh guest
inside the uh crematories burning the
bodies they would use Jews to do
this and nobody
revolted why this is also mid
mid you didn't speak
up when you saw other people doing wrong
you're not going to have the strength to
speak up when you know it's wrong it's
also of course you can't judge them but
it's a reality same exact thing happened
in says that who decided to destroy the
bet mikdash when there was no man
rebuking anybody
anymore so rebuking is not a suggestion
from a Tora but simply a Commandment
that we are failing at miserably and we
need to do something about it it starts
with us if we start doing it our rabbis
will do it our community leaders will do
it the board of directors will do it
other people will do it because
everybody can see what's wrong everybody
knows that there's something wrong I
mean I don't know about you guys but
it's not exactly
uh tip toop
shape there's board of directors of many
of these shoes are secular people they
don't even keep Shabbat
how is a bunch of secular people running
a religious organization doesn't make
any sense the biggest Jewish
organizations are a funded by Christians
how does that make any sense to
anybody there's a lot of things that are
wrong everybody knows there's something
wrong so it's time that people do
something about it yes isn't there aib
something aboutone you know isn't make
because of it only if it's a rabinal sin
meaning if you see somebody that is a uh
a nasty person and you see that he
didn't do he he was about to eat ate an
apple or something he or he didn't wash
his hands wouldn't it he let the dime
that's a rabal mitvah if you know that
if you say something he's not going to
listen anyway you don't have to do
anything but if you see him driving on
Shabbat that's a Biblical Mitzvah and
you're obligated to say something
there's no such thing as uh not rebuking
him you have to say something the only
time you don't say something is if again
if he hits you already uh which people
don't do anymore so with that being said
we'll have the next year on Tuesday in
aventur
