Four injured in Palisades Pkwy crash; multiple victims extricated from the vehicles.

A serious accident on the Palisades Interstate Parkway northbound just before Exit 12 left four people injured. New City Fire Department extricated the victims from the vehicles, Hatzoloh and State Police responded to the scene.
