do for PESA is we make custom Gila mixes
as I explained before the tradition is
usually with car because that's what
they did in Europe they didn't have
salmon right that you're able to bring
in and what we do is you have to do it
in advance you come you make an
appointment I'm make an appointment and
we process the mix from start to finish
I'll show you where we bring in also the
carp live however the carp is not such a
delicate fish so it doesn't need white
fish doesn't need um oxygen in a whole
production so it's easier and a little
more affordable than the salmon these
are fresh see these these were fresh in
the water but you could still see look
over here wow so these are still alive
in the water right right but even these
out of the water come take a look
they're still breathing they're still
alive because it's it doesn't need uh
much kick to to survive wow so did this

again it's not live so some don't like
the tradition but if you just want a PES

add you know a couple of other stuff but
it's all whole fresh ingredients so we
have a yid cracking the eggs for the mix
