Gehinnom Can Be Eternal For Some People

There's certain people that go to Gehenna, that even after the world ends, Messiah comes, brings salvation to the world, their Gehenna will not end. Meaning their Gehenna is eternal. Certain types of sinners, people that violate Shabbat and do not do teshuvah. People that desecrate Hashem's name, don't do teshuvah. Uh non-Jews also have a Gehenna that's eternal. But it's not for Shabbat, it's for different things. Violating the seven Noahide laws. Hitler is uh swimming in Gehenna right now. And he's not coming out. But point is is that the also also J.C. Penney's in Gehenna and not coming out. Jesus is also in Gehenna. There's a Gemara in Maseches Gittin. That uh Onkelos the Ger did a seance and brought back three people that died. One of them was uh his uncle Titus, Titus in English. Another one was Bil'am. And the third one was uh Jesus. And he asked them what's happening in the in the afterlife. They all three of them were in different parts of Gehenna and they did they described Gehenna. Uh what which part they were in, what they did. And uh each one of them were in the different part of the seventh level of Gehenna. Just different part, different chamber within the seventh level. But all three of them are there and they will never leave. And there are the many many other people unfortunately that uh wasted their life and have no share of the world to come, which means that they're in Gehenna forever. Um now as far as the the souls that go to Gehenna, in essence this is a soul that violated one of the 36 sins that you get karet for without doing teshuvah. If they did teshuvah, they could obviously even not go to Gehenna. Depends how how high the level of teshuvah they have. If they uh they can lower the sin or completely erase it. But if they didn't do teshuvah for the issue of karet then they can go to Gehenna for eternity until their soul is completely destroyed. And the only thing that's left of it is the part of God that he instilled in it. And that goes originally back to the the original source. But their soul is destroyed completely. But that's after a lot of uh bad stuff.
