every hour that you sleep between 8:00 until midnight it's like sleeping two hours for each hour which means the person who sleeps for hours is like he slept eight hours and anyway King David was to make sure that during that four hour period he actually took eight cat naps maybe he did not sleep through more than a half an hour continuously but he did sleep for those during those four hours in order not to taste the taste of death as we mentioned there's this little bit of death another when you're when your soul leaves you when a part of your soul easy there's no less death so we say sleeping is like one sixtieth of death in fact in rabbinical Chung's one sixtieth means almost negligible it's not even there that's why in cashews right in that in when a piece of non kosher food to evaporate as an atmosphere when it's not covered it's covered it's caught or trapped by the clothing these are things you never thought of right ok so some say even if you walk amongst today ok should wash their face if one wash their they were under 20 if one wash their face they didn't dry it well so then they may develop in their face and all types of maybe boils and the only way to heal
