then instead of it being a $25 or $75 fine it's $500 instead of it being you know a $100 ticket it's $1,000 plus you lose your license instead of this it ends up meaning the trial is scary always Everybody's scared to lose a trial obviously if you even go through a uh a bankrupcy trial for example I remember when we went through bankruptcy uh one thing that I never thought was even possible for somebody that had so much money at some point but I remember the uh biggest surprise that I had dealing with bankruptcy was that someone can go against it meaning one of the debtors let's you have for example you have five people or five companies you owe money to $5 $10 $15 $20 whatever the amount of money is and you don't have the money to to to serve the debt you have no money money there's no possibility for you to pay the money now if you have the money you should know if you have the money but no one knows except AEM and you you're not allowed to declare bankruptcy it's Gaz it's considered stealing even though the government is full of fools they're going to allow every average Jo to declare bankruptcy you're not allowed to declare bankruptcy if you have money even if the money is in your wife's account or in some foreign account if it's your money you're not allowed to declare bankruptcy if you have the money that's considered you're stealing now if on the other hand you really don't have the money you you I don't know you had a business and it collapsed to zero like mine or you had a this and it went another you lost you have and there's no way you're ever going to have the money based on logic and in reality the amount of Interest that's being charged and debt and lawyers that you have to deal with it gets to a point where you can't even pay your bills and you're not even able to live then there's certain rules that the government has different countries have different rules of course there is a leniency in regards to declaring bankruptcy but a person always needs to go ask their Rabbi if they're allowed or not allowed to declare bankruptcy don't just assume just because the government allows you to declare bankruptcy that you're allowed to do it a lot of people do it in real estate transactions they make a couple of deals one of the two deals don't go uh don't go good so they declare bankruptcy on that company they own the real estate under even though they have 18 other companies that are fully liquid fully good everything is wonderful they're all uh printing money but but this one had had a bad deal like oh let's just let's just close this one down and uh let everybody else suffer the pain that we're suffering we're not paying anybody that's stealing that's G that you have to come back in and pay back the money so you have to understand is you have to be very very careful but I remember going to bankruptcy and uh one of the things that was very big surprise is that I thought that you declare bankruptcy tell people you prove I listen yeah there's a million dollars in debt there is a zero in assets can't pay the debt there's zero income zero asset zero this zero nothing there nothing I can do I'm sorry I can't pay back there's nothing I can do about it now one of the things that surprised me that one of the one of the uh uh somebody go outside get those kids to come to this Sho it's better than going in the streets they're coming okay uh so one of the uh one of the things that surprised me was that one of the people that let's say one of the companies you own money to can decide they don't want to they don't want they don't want to agree they don't agree with the bankruptcy they want to be excluded from the bankruptcy and they want to fight they want to prove that you don't have any money this was a surprised cuz I thought this was just a simple thing so a person that goes through that experience where he realize okay so now somebody is rejecting the bankruptcy he's rejecting the trial now you have to fight them you have to have a there's a separate trial it's called an adversary hearing you have to prove to them I don't have the money you have to provide and they have they could they could ask you for every paperwork from now from here until mhu everything that's relevant everything that's not relevant who you're related to who you're not related to they look at your phone numbers literally like it's an FBI investigation it's much worse than an IRS audit and it's a big surprise cuz now you wor like what what if I forgot what if I did what you start worrying even though you know you don't have any money you're still worried like what's going on why are they asking for my fingerprints like what does my fingerprints have anything to do with it why are they asking for my dad's phone number what does he have to do with it like we we haven't talked in a week like you start asking yourself questions even though you know you're innocent still why they asking these questions do they know something I don't know maybe I missed a law maybe I missed something the point being is that anyone that goes to a trial a normal person gets worried why there's a lot on the line even if you know you're innocent even though you know you didn't murder the guy you know that if something happens and they decide you know what we don't believe you we think you did murder you know you're going to end up spending 25 years behind bars there's plenty of people that are sitting in jail today that didn't do it they didn't do it but they couldn't could prove they didn't do it they couldn't prove they didn't do it or there was enough proof to say they did do it cuz the guy looked like them or acted like them or whatever it was hasem wanted it to be that way I believe it was the Ben that one time went to jail one of the went to jail a lot of went to jail by the way it's part of the and suffered he asked himself he said he was his T when he finally got out I was crying in in in the of the world why am I surrounded by these people and then hasem felt bad for me all the tears that I spent and something happened to me in a dream and it told me that there are n in the walls they in
