Izzy Kieffer 2 - Uncork The Bottle - Audio Preview

Distributed by MRM Music, This is Izzy's second album. Izzy started his musical career in the IDF Rabbinical band under the leadership of Mona Rosenblum. In addition to his original compositions, Izzy has recorded his own versions of Reb Chaim Banets "Ko Amar" adding a jazz touch to it and Eli Gerster (YBC's) "Kol Hamitpalel" in which he experiments with beatboxing and scat singing. There are also gems that can be sung easily like "Hamavdil" , "Ashira Lashem", and Tribute to Reb Shlomo (i.e. Carlebach) With the help of Izzy's musical partner Heshy Rosenwasser, "Song for Jerusalem" and "Uncork The Bottle" are particularly outstanding. The songs have insightful lyrics and fantastic brass playing arranged by Izzy himself and performed by Danny Flam.
