And so that's the one other thing that Rabbi Arush Ruben has taught me is through you know, I used to obviously struggle like everybody else. Whenever I had challenges in life, I [music] used to waste time and waste money on the wrong on the wrong remedy. [music] Now I know that the right remedy is study of Torah, observance of mitzvot, helping other Jews. And and that is the ultimate and only remedy.
