that's not the job of arav the main job of arav is that people need to a respect and appreciate the rabbi scholarship as Tamar you don't have to be but that they should appreciate that you're somebody who is knowledgeable certain Baseline knowledge of basic Basics the frame of sir you have no shots but you have to know how to learn you have to know how to learn a typist you have to know basic uh and if they ask a question at least know who to ask the question to don't say uh they ask you a question about don't say uh I don't understand I heard in a seminar Once Upon a Time about um about I don't know what the proof to God's existence you have to know how to answer at the very least have a basic level of knowledge and know which poiskin to ask you know very often people move up in their knowledge and the people that you start with maybe they brought a person close or they were mccarrative person yeah but you know you have to graduate who you're asking your questions to the the the rabbit why are you so I I'm insistent if there's any talking I stopped it happening although it's not it's not a show what in the world what in Heaven's name are you doing here you get more gun Aiden present Torah and the way people conduct themselves in the show is the way that Torah is being presented to the next uh generation um in my humble opinion the main job of arav is giving shiram how about sastairah that is the way you communicate with the people that is the way you educate them yes you want to be there at their simchas and you want to be there at their time of distress but that the people should be getting high level Tyra they should feel like the rub is putting time into preparation they only have an hour a night or an hour a week they should feel that in this hour I'm getting the rough put in 20 hours and it's worthwhile for me to come I need to be here because look how much preparation the rabbi put in into it and I saw there's a biography not like a storybook so new institution a new group of rabbanim to to do what he called to elevate The Prestige of the rabbanos and a particular Rabbi of mine Rabbi Noah said and he spoke he said there's no way to elevate The Prestige of the rabbanos it's not like you can get a better fountain pen or a you know a more curved Hamburg and now all of a sudden the rabbi is going to put on the pedestal it's all dependent on one thing the rabbi has to be at and I'll tell you another thing as important as it is to be dedicated to the people a rabbi has to devote daily serious time to learn because the moment you stop learning you plateau and that means you've capped out and you've maxed out and then people see basically you've stopped growing if you've stopped growing you slowly lose the impact you have on the people I think people are inspired when they see somebody who's constantly growing pushing themselves elevating themselves the only way to elevate The Prestige of the rabanos and the procedure of any in the particular rev is people see the scholarship improving in the rub they see the rub is growing he's learning this safer now he's learning that safer now his shiramar more sophisticated on a deeper I think that's that's very impactful again maybe eurobaim have other opinions I'm just sharing with you my personal thoughts um it's very important and maybe it'll end with this to um to connect to the balabatham after all you could be the god of Hadar you could be you know you could be my shradino but you know you give a sheer and you're dashing isn't he doesn't know what you're was not interested in anything I had to say I think primarily because he felt I was too right-wing right or whatever it is and I remember one Shabbos I'm not a bresler I'm not if anyone knows me I'm not looking against whatever great rubber is you know I'm not a particular anyway foreign the guy like woke up like a guy like he hit the ceiling I quoted his Rabbi oh he's mine why because until now he's not glorious anything you say because Torah to him is only remakeman everyone else is nobody else knows what they're talking about and if if you don't believe in going to uman then you have no chance of being redeemed in the net in the in the next World and especially a rabbit doesn't call him now but once I quoted himachmanin ah now now I'm Orthodox too and now he listened to me and now he listened to me so but it's like that with everybody because everybody goes to Yeshiva and in many yeshivas if you don't have the ishator your mom is I'm just joking right thing yeshivas are very particular I want to every issue that has their way of doing things and we're in danger of not really being gay race people who are slightly different so if I come in here and I told you by the way everything I said to you today came to me in he told me to tell you oh I'm talking right but I'm just saying that if you could speak the other person's language you show them that who they value you value then that's a very strong way to win them over again I I mean this humorously okay that's one way no seriously um the other thing I remember I had a guy in my shawl he was a great great grandson
