wants from us he like like a good father like a good mother what do we do with our children we give them everything that we possibly can and then at one point we say honey it's time to move on it's time for you to find yourself it's time for you to take all the things that you learned and build something amazing with your life it's time for me to let go and so Hashem in this space called love for you to find you we experience it as abandonment we experience it possibly as you don't love me anymore why did you send me down here why are you making me go through this but as Sam is saying honey I'm right here I'm just behind the screen okay just just take off the screen clear color of your glasses take out the umbrella whatever you have to do but just know I'm here because you came from me and you're coming back to me I'm just we're just an interim basis here right now right that's that's all that it is and so every time we feel a sense of lacking what are we supposed to do we're not supposed to plop on our couch and say huh this life when is it going to be over countdown right that's not the purpose the purpose is is that every time we feel some sort of momentary lacking in life it's supposed to do only one thing and it's supposed to increase our rot zone our yearning to achieve wholesomeness again after all if I had everything that I wanted boy I wouldn't you know be getting off my couch anytime soon you'd still be finding me in my couch in Ramat pajamas I would not be getting off every time you feel you have everything you're not motivated to do anything so has shams so to speak purposely created this vacuum in life called lacking I'm missing a million dollars in my bank I'm missing a husband who buys me flowers I'm missing a child who listens to me I'm missing I'm missing I'm missing I'm missing all of these little missings is because hashem misses us and Hashem wants us back and in order to get us to want to drive us to to motivate us to push us to essentially find ourselves it's only if I'm uncomfortable after all if everything's going fine and I'm driving 140 an hour and there's no cops on the road and there's no detours and there's no construction I'm driving honey I am not stopping now I could be driving to bear Sheva when I think I want to go to you with Shalom it doesn't matter I'm driving nobody's stopping me so the annoyances wanting so badly to come into you and you have to want to have this light come into you you have to say to yourself I want this light I want to have this light and the mere desire the rut zone which created in the space where God who like was supposed to permeate so there always has to be a filling of something yes so essentially if we look at our lives every space and I could tell you this the the class is not long enough for me to explain to you how I have traced back in my own life that my own Ms has come from an emptiness that I can pinpoint very clearly in my own life and I could see the wisdom of a Shem I could see the godly guidance of why I got my MS I could clearly see where that Hollow where that void in my life began and where I allowed so to speak right it's it's all from a Shem but where it was able to find its place and come in and grow into this you know disease called MS now many of us unfortunately are empty when it comes to these emotions when we have emotions that are very negative in our lives and I can name a bunch of them resentment sorrow disappointment - satisfaction just joint ment anger you name it any negative emotion that finds its spot in my body it could be anger in my liver it could be fear in my kidneys it could be you know anxiety in my stomach right it could be and we'll talk about a couple of different ideas hopefully we'll get get to it by the end of the class any place that there is some sort of a void of this godly energy okay from an emotional or spiritual perspective unfortunately consciously not consciously I like it I don't like it it doesn't matter Hashem is sending us a message you're at that part of your body you did not let me into it and the Tsar could this brings down something very very very strong Gazzara kodos brings got to get up you got to keep doing you gotta keep moving got to keep you're gonna keep finding yourself and so essentially that's the old whole entire message over and over again so the whole idea of all of this is to just again to give us a glimpse of an idea of just trying to see a little bit of wisdom I'm not saying to ask for signs but there are certain clear signs that we can associate body mind and soul kind of together okay so here for instance we're gonna look at the idea of breathing issues breathing issues mishima right I go always go back to the Hebrew language cuz all the hoja is essentially we're not supposed to go back and just say okay oh my god it my bones all right so I have problems with my core issues or Reid said to me I don't know what she was really saying but she said that that's my it's just so I'm gonna go and ask you a sham can you please just you know I'm willing to work with you here you work with me you know can we just kind of work this out so I don't have any more bone problems especially when it gets really cold out and such like that that's not the issue the idea is again it's not necessary for diagnostic and and healing that's that it can be it isn't it is a try for me as an energy therapist it definitely is a track for me to be able to look more into person's fears and traumas and try to help God willing sort things out that way but for us the idea is is to try to give us a little bit of an hint to talk to his Shemin to appreciate that there's a message in that particular part of my body particular part of my of my life how many times do you find in older the older generation where their bones osteoporosis and they have bone issues they really have given up their core beliefs they start questioning themselves what did I do did I do generation I've personally found a lot of people with the Alzheimer's with the dementia these are people who all their life chose not to remember certain things of their life certain traumas Holocaust what kinds of different memories never wanted to talk about never want it to bring it up in other words the body reads that which we have been telling it for many many many many years the body just sort of coincides and goes along with our emotional beliefs and our emotional stance okay and now that's I'm saying - it's a whole system there's really there's this but they're really getting messages so the hands you've got the right and you've got the left the right side is male energy the left side is female energy so anything in general that has to do with the right side of my body it has to do with some sort of a male energy either I'm having an issue with my own male energy and we all have male energy we'll have a female energy right the male energy and me is the ability to give the ability to be assertive the ability to stand up to be more aggressive in my life right so the whole right side has to do with that male energy it could be a male in my life husband son uncle brother someone male in my life that I'm truly troubled with and having issues with but the hand in itself is all about grasping who do I not want to grasp who do I not want to hold who do I not want to if it's depending on if it's again male or female who do I not want to receive from and who do I not want to give to it's about grasping life it's about hugging who do I not want to hug who do I not want to take into my life who do I push away from my life some a lot of messages again I'm just giving you ideas right the left side is all about female it's all about the female aspect again it could be me but between me and me it could be me between me and my mother me and my sister so it's the idea of receiving right the woman is nook but she receives the man we always think it's the opposite the mother gives and the father right takes it's not the case the male gives the seed the woman receives and uses it and nurtures it and you know builds with it so the male is the giver the woman is the receiver so if there's an issue it with my left side who do I not want to receive in my life who do I do not want to take into my life who do I refuse to have part of my life and who do i fuse maybe to hug and bring into my life so these again just different questions that we might want to ask ourselves mouths we spoke a little bit about the mouth the idea of verbal expression we know that all of this creation was created through words when I have issues with my whole mouth issue my all of the mouth issues speech issues right that some of us have articulating and such what am I not creating what part of my life did I not create do I need to create was their potential somewhere that I didn't create that I didn't use I didn't verb what am I not saying what has been said to me and I held back and I wanted to answer back again just analyzing it from that particular perspective but it's all about creation the mouth is about creation skin a lot of people come to me and tell me that their issues with acne right all kinds of skin issues psoriasis emma's we can say that it's all about the heat in the winter the dries our skin out we could say chocolate oh that I definitely me for sure me everyone knows I love chocolate yes definitely but skin if you look at it skin is all the outer image my skin is that what everyone sees I can't hi you know I can't hide every part of my skin its parts of what we were supposed to hide the skin is about my image to the world what is what do I want to let the world see in me and so what happens is with a lot of these the teenagers that suffer we again we think we have to let go a little the nature I know it's natural for teenage acne and I know that it's just part of you know the process but why because they don't know who they want to show themselves to be they're going through that particular issue in their life at that time they're struggling with their own self-image they're struggling with who do I want to show the world I really am do I even know who I am and I hate to say it but the more acne the mores it's the more Clearasil you're using in your home we need to address maybe that issue with our children and ask them is there a part of you that we need to say you know maybe we need to talk about it maybe you you're finding yourself and maybe it's so impacting in fact as pimples are inflammations right it's when you're so angry that it what is inflammation in general you're so angry that it's literally wants to explode and so it's popping and it wants to come out the image wants to come out and it's just it has no space also you have to understand that skin is basically essentially a downgrade from the light and they speak very quite extensively in this and my god willing in my coming book is the skin is the downgrade of the covering that we had when we were in GaN Eden right we went from ku tonot o with an olive to quit on it o with an iron skin right so essentially it's a downgrade of God's lights and we might have to also ask ourselves why am I not getting enough light from God on to me I'm somehow in the or part instead of the other or part right in the iron instead of with the olive it's also the place where it's the largest organ of the body the skin is the place where we read out all of our toxins in fact is if a person was to close their entire body all of the time a person would die they wouldn't last very long because it's the only essential place of the body that it really allows for the freeing of all the toxins of the body so I need to ask myself what am i holding on to that really wants to come out of me that maybe I'm not letting go depending on where it is in the body that will of course have its significance in terms of the way the toxins are but but I will tell you that having stuff on the skin is actually from my perspective from an energy perspective is actually a good sign because what does it mean it's no longer in its trying to come out it's already made its way to the surface so I'm actually it's easier to scent to a large degree to actually take care of skin issues than it is for you know internal issues so again these are just very like little nuances of pieces you know the main idea of again this whole evening is just for us to understand that there's a whole synergy and a whole synchronization of everything going on in the body and that we need to really embrace what it is that Hashem is sending us and not push it away and not think that we're not worthy the opposite if I am doing something wrong if my best friend knows that I'm heading into a brick wall would I not want her to tell me stop essentially that's what Hashem is doing every single moment that we're getting annoyed Shem is saying stop now I don't want to be stopped because freedom and Western world teaches us freedom live and be free I'll take the fifth I could do what I want it's a free country but essentially we need to sometimes be stopped I want to be told by my loving father that I'm doing something wrong and I have something that I need to fix I want to be told that I mean I don't want to walk around you know it's it's a great to have you know chocolate in the morning but if I have a nice beautiful lipgloss around my lips with chocolate milk after I drank my beautiful cup of chocolate milk I want somebody to tell me that before I go on the interview of my job right and that's what Hashem is doing he's telling us there's something as as schmutz on you we've got to get it out of you and so it's a message to us and as long as we can learn to try to embrace it then we'll we'll be able to really live a much more healthier life and be able to open up the vessel for the light to come in because the light wants to come in and that light is healing that light is Hashem love it's the connectedness that we have with Hashem and it brings back beautiful memories of the time where we were one with him and we at the end of the day that is the true onik is that we remember at one point way back when 5778 years ago we were one with a Shem it's a long time ago but we remember that under very a lot of layers of subconscious memories and and sin and transgressions and rebellious miss and slavery and who knows what we've been through we've all been around the block we're all recyclable welcome to recyclable generation we've all been here quite a few times thousands of times maybe and so after underneath all that there's this clean-cut memory of I remember one Hashem when you were we were Basque I was basking in the divine radiance and we were one and wasn't it so great and you know I really just want to be back there because this is what this is all about it's to find that space in me that I was once connected teshon let's get rid
