[Music] [Applause] this is you and you are here and here at this moment beside you over 650 other Jews in fact represented in this room are delegations from 20 countries so to get started let's get to know you make some noise if you are at the back make some noise if you are down front make some noise if you are this person okay let's find out where you were all from who here is from Argentina Russia [Music] Switzerland how about Germany Chile give us a wave if you were from France any Aussies in the house who is from the United States the UK Canada Belarus where are our friends from Mexico the Ukraine hungry burg why South Africa give us a shout Brazil Colombia Georgia our host country Spain and last but not least Israel to everyone in this room tonight this forum this experience this moment is for you and while it's true that each of us got here from a different part of the world there is one thing that we all have in common we want to be the best we can be now each of us arrived here with our own hopes dreams and desires to lead you may be hoping to be inspired or to inspire others you may be excited to hear and learn from some of the best Jewish leaders in the world or to travel the globe these things are all true and good one thing is for sure the one thing we all have in common is that we are here to make our impact on the world [Music] I close my eyes and I can see the world that's waiting for me that I call my [Music] through the door through the door Gruber no one's me before but it feels [Music] they can say they can say [Music] they can say [Music] I don't care [Music] we can leave [Music] as Jews we exist to change the world to be a light unto the nations but how can we do that do we really believe we can make this difference the answer is yes yes yes yes yes the first step to making your impact is to accept upon yourself the responsibility to achieve it because the acceptance of responsibility leads to unimaginable ability next comes courage clarity and spirituality which defines the path of a Jewish leader each one of Jew here tonight have accepted this assignment of being a light to the world our essence is our impact this week is our chance to dig deep Micke connections step up gain clarity and find our purpose on an unparalleled level in order to change the world and make our impact we are here to share the journey with you to all be part of something massive something global together we can reach for the sky we can change the world and achieve our potential there is nothing stopping us it starts now make your impact [Music] feel my again I think of the world could be seized enough a dream it's done [Music] [Applause] there's a we can live a really inside a skin with things from far [Music] the special scenes I combine each one there to make you smile all arranged day it's all sounds crazy they can say that [Music] run away to a world that we deserve every time I dreams for the world the car [Music] [Applause]
