with Hashem's loving grace. This is
Laser Brody with part four of the master
of prayer, Rabbi Nakman's tale. As we
usually do, we're going to review. So,
in case someone's new tonight, you get
to get the first three parts and
encapsulated. As we go more parts, it's
more difficult to review and they come a
little bit shorter. So, if you have
missed a previous part, they're all up
on laserbeams.com and on amunabeams.com
and you're welcome to to see them. If
you have trouble finding the link, come
into our group, either the liquid
group or the amunabeams group and we'll
be happy to send you the link. Okay.
Freddy, sure that you missed. Okay, this
we're going to learn about the hand. The
master of prayer, he reveals the source
of his uncanny powers and he derived
them from the king's hand. What's it
mean the king's hand? We'll find out.
And the king on his hand, all the
creases and crevices on his hand, they
form a detailed map, both geographical
and historical. And you can see on that
map not only every place in the world
but every event that happened in the
world and will happen in the world from
the beginning of time to the end of
time. Okay. So let's review part one.
The master of prayer was a righteous man
who devoted his life to serving the
almighty. He spent his days in seclusion
in the wilderness and he prayed with
songs of praise and gratitude to the
Almighty engaged constantly in spiritual
growth. But more than his concern for
himself and his own spiritual gain was
his concern for other people to help
them too. He wanted everyone to get
close to Hashem. So such he would make
excursions into the towns and into
cities and he would influence people to
develop their souls and to get close to
Hashem. So in time the master of prayer
made a huge impact on the world. Not
only he but his leading students as he
created more students his leading
students went they began influ they
began influencing people
even more so it was geometrically more
and more people were becoming influenced
to the extent that the master of prayer
was upsetting the balance the balance of
power in society that's what he want to
bring people close to Hashem all the
tyrants and the leaders they want the
people subservient to them they don't
want to subservient to anyone else this
is like uh Abraham and Nimrod. Nimrod
wanted to be the the dictator of the
world. He didn't want Abraham to get in
his way. So, Master of Prayer became the
number one on the wanted list and that
all the nations uh were looking for
because these are the nations that
denied Hashem, heaven forbid. So, they
tried to catch him, but they couldn't
because he was very crafty and he
appeared to every person in a different
disguise. Nevertheless, he fearlessly
continued with his dedicated mission. He
was undaunted. Nothing nothing scared
him. And now we learned about the land
of money. Meanwhile, there was a country
where the value of everyone and
everything was based on financial worth.
Money was not only a lust for them, but
a religion and a way of life. And the
richest people were considered gods
while the poor people considered
subhuman animals or or or fish or even
plants. And the master of prayer he
heard about this he was deeply disturbed
that a country should be so wrong live
such a lie. So his closest students they
saw how their teacher the master of
prayer was so upset. So they decided
that they do a sorty there and try and
convince the people and open their eyes
and as a as a gift they say that they
helped rectify this country the master
prayer and give him gratification and
this tells us that we bring other people
close to Hashem that Hashem has
tremendous gratification. This Rebi
Nakman in a lot of ways the master
prayer is so autobiographical not only
about Rebi Nakman but Rabbi Nakman's
students and his students and that are
spreading the word of Hashem today but
in the word with Rebi Nakman's inroad
that showed the person can have his or
her own relationship with the Almighty
that you don't need an establishment you
don't need a religious establishment and
the Almighty your father in heaven you
don't need to go between right to this
And this is a a lot of people even quote
religious unquote. This is why Rebi
Nakman had so much opposition because it
didn't fit their agenda. They wanted
people to serve to them. Governments
wanted people to serve to them.
Organized religions wanted people to
serve to them. No, it's not the way of
Rabbi Nakma nor of the way his
great-grandfather BMT. So the closest
students made a excursion to the country
of wealth and nothing helped because
they were so entrenched in their
idolatry in their belief that money was
God that no they wouldn't think of
anything they wouldn't be convinced by
anything that wasn't money. So the money
worshippers they decided that they
didn't want to be contaminated by the
rest of the world but they were better
than the rest of the world. the rest of
the world was below. They were not even
not even animals. They were reptiles or
insects. So they didn't even want to
breathe the same air that the rest of
the world breathes. So the country of
wealth, they decided that they would
build a commonwealth on the highest
chain of mountains they could find. And
they would go up to these high chain of
mountains. They would build
fortifications all around the mountains
that no one could come to them, no one
could reach them, and no one could steal
their wealth. And they would breathe
their own separate air. They'd be at a
higher altitude than anyone else. And
they'd have their own oxygen that would
be uncontaminated by their people. Rabbi
Nakman is showing us tongue and cheek
about the disdain that people with money
have for the rest of the world. They
think the rest of the world is subhuman.
They think they're they're great. This
is the aristocrats. And so the country
of wealth appointed guards to stand
guards. That brings us to the end of
part one. We go to part two. In part
two, we learned more about the efforts
of the country of wealth to protect
their money. They imported more money
from other countries. They would send
traders to other countries to bring in
more money because they'd never have
enough, no matter how many millions and
billions they have. And they send
traders and attempt to earn high profits
and bring even more money into their
country. Well, the major crime that was
in their book of laws was charity.
Charity was a terrible crime. You
couldn't take away money. It's like
giving away your god, giving away your
money. You can't give away your money.
And they were always afraid that someone
would steal their money. But despite
their defenses and their fears, there
were all the times murder and robbery
within the country of wealth because
since for them it was a mitzvah. It was
a a great commandment to amass more
wealth that if you killed someone,
heaven forbid and and took their wealth
doing it, you're doing a mitzvah. This
shows how that all this idolatry is
skews any concept of justice, any
concept of fairness where it comes that
in the search and their yearning for
wealth that charity is a a a sin, the
worst sin that could be. But yet murder
when you're murdering for money, that's
a mitzvah. That's a this is how how
skewed they were. So master of pre
prayer he had so much pity on them
especially when his students came back
and they told them they told them they
they said master we we had no inroad
with them at all couldn't convince them
at all not even the lowest in the totem
pole so the master prayer said this is
not this has to be corrected you can't
sit back and and and sit leave such a
place like this on earth so he decided
to visit them themselves and he went and
he spoke to the guards he didn't make
any inroads to the guard So he decided
to go up to the to the city, not just
the entrance. And undaunted, nothing
stopped him. None of the borders and
none of their trenches and none of their
obstacles stopped him. And he walked
right into the city. Well, everyone in
the city was amazed how the master of
prayer succeeded in getting by the
guards and circumventing all the
defenses and all the obstacles while
succeeding to enter the heart of the
country of wealth. So he didn't have any
success with them either, but he saw
they were terrified. Something got them
really scared and they were they were
terrified. So he saw about their fear.
Now he could speak to them. That ended
part two. So we began part three and we
meet the bold warrior. So this is what
they're afraid of. They're afraid of the
bold warrior because the reason that the
country of wealth was so terrified was
there was this invincible mighty
warrior, the bold warrior. And he was a
leader whom other strong and heroic
leaders they joined. He became their
leader and they formed an army. They
were going around the world and they
were taking over countries. But the
warrior, he didn't want anything but
submission. He wasn't looking for
spoils. He wasn't looking for money. He
wasn't even looking for power. He just
wanted people to submit to him. So once
the people of a given country
surrendered to him and accepted his
rule, then fine. He'd let them go. He'd
release them. But if not, he would ruin
them, destroy them. So he subjugated
many countries. And he had no desire for
money whatsoever. Only submission. Not
only he had no desire for money, he
disliked money because he knew how much
money corrupted society. And he wanted a
just society. He wanted justice. This is
what all he wanted was justice. So the
warrior could always send what he would
do. He wouldn't go himself into a
country in a city. He would send a task
force, an advanced force, a vanguard.
Well, he would wait 50 miles outside the
country. He would send men to the city
and demand their surrender. Well, people
feared him and nothing stood in his way
there. No army in the world could defeat
him. So the merchants who from the
country of wealth that used to conduct
trade with the other countries they
returned to the mountain stronghold of
the country of wealth and they told
everyone about the warrior that the
people were terrified. Why? Because the
warrior and his army were headed their
direction. So even though they were
willing to surrender to him, they didn't
want to go to war. They want to fight a
battle. When they heard that he hates
money and he doesn't want any money at
all and he doesn't believe in money,
they were shocked. How could they
surrender to him? This would be like
heresy for them to give up their god, to
give up their faith, to give up their
religion and because all was money. So
they were on an enclave on this mountain
and but there was one mountain that was
richer than them and higher than them.
This was the mountain of money gods.
This is the mountain of the millionaires
and the billionaires and the
trillionaires. So the country of wealth
thought well since these are people who
are more richer than they are they
certainly have to be gods. But why why
god what was their logic? Their logic
that since money is god and if a person
has money a person has godliness. The
more a person has money the more
godliness the more he's a god. So they
thought that they would enlist the help
of the city of wealth, the vast city of
wealth, the city of wealth gods. And
they what they started to do was to send
them human sacrifices. They would take
their their low people that they were
not even less. They were animals and
animal sacrifices, but they were human
sacrifices. And they tried to get them
to help to pray for them. And they did
this idol idolatrous worship worshiping
the worshiping the the money gods. So
the master of prayer saw that the
country of wealth that their fear this
was his opportunity to make an inroad
with him. So he asked some of the people
said what do you plan to do to defend
yourselves against the warrior? And they
said we're going to appeal to the gods
of wealth. We're going to pray to them
and make sacrifice to them. the master
of prayer. He made so much fun of them
and explained to them that the people up
on the mountain, they're mere humans.
There's only one God in the world.
That's Hashem. He's the one that created
everything and he alone should be served
and we pray only to him and this is the
main purpose of the world to serve him
and to pray to him. So rather than
resisting as before, so one person
there's a little crack in his
resistance. So he shrugged his shoulder.
He said to the master prayer, "What what
can I do? I'm one person. What can I do?
So still most of the people refused to
listen at all. And they didn't listen.
They kept on adamant not listening to
him because they were so rooted in money
for such a long time. But they told the
master of war about the warrior.
Everyone was talking about the warrior.
And every time he heard about the
warrior, he laughed. He said, "Could
this be the warrior?" Did you understand
what he's saying? Could this be the
warrior? And emphasize the warrior. And
this seemed peculiar to them. Why this
all the time? He says, "Could this be
the warrior? Isn't that the warrior?"
And no one understood what the master
prayer meant. Well, meanwhile, a big
commotion broke out in the city. For it
was discovered now of common knowledge
that this stranger breached all the
defenses, got past all the defenses, and
went around talking against the religion
and uh trying to convince people to
leave the religion. They thought he was
insane because anyone who believed
contrary to them to their in their eyes
it was foolishness. It was an absolute
madman. So they finally
caught him despite his desire that the
whole the whole city look for him and
they would couldn't catch him up to now
because he would all the time change his
disguises. But somehow or another they
caught him. They caught him. Why they
caught him? Because they don't want to
get caught. But now he has even more
influence. Now he's caught. He's talking
to their leaders. So they asked him how
come you always ask about the warrior.
So master prayer said that he used to be
with a king and the king had a warrior
who was lost. And he said if that's the
warrior then I know him very well. And
furthermore by you relying on this
country of false gods that's such
nonsense and they're not going to be
able to help you. Not only will they not
be able to help you but this will be
your downfall if you rely on them. So
they asked them how do you know this?
because they were they're threatened. A
person is threatened with his life is
willing to listen in order to be saved.
He then told them, "I know this because
of the king's hand." That's the end of
part three. That brings us now to part
four tonight. The hand. Well, the king
had an object resembling a hand. Rabbi
doesn't tell what this object is, whe
something a hand. And there was a hand,
an image of a hand with five fingers and
all the creases and lines and crevices
that are on the hand. But the hand was
magical. It was a map of all the worlds.
It was both a geographical map and a
historical map. And it showed everything
that occurred since the creation of
heaven and earth and all then beyond all
the way into the end of time. Everything
was depicted on the hand and the
scratches and the folds that were etched
on the hand. It was also a diagram not
only of the earthly world of the upper
worlds also spiritual worlds how every
world stands and world what happens up
there and and in detail and depicted on
a topographical map. Not only that, it
showed all the roads, all the paths from
place to place, from country to country.
It showed mountains, rivers, woods, all
topography. And what more, the magic
about the crevices and the lines in the
hand, they came together just as
letterscribed on a map identifying each
detail. What's Rabbi Aman alluding to?
Rabbi was a master of the entire Torah.
Not only the revealed Torah but the
esoteric Torah. Where do we learn palm
reading and face reading? We learn this
from the zorbish
know this. This is ancient ancient
esoteric knowledge. Ancient Hebrew
esoteric knowledge. Rabbi Nakman knew
it. Rabbi Nakman could read a person's
face could read a person's palm. And
when reading a person's palm, you could
see exactly what's in that person's
life, where they've been. And not only
that, when you look at the left hand,
the palm palm reads, you read the right,
the right, why the right shows that what
a person has done in this life. The left
shows how he was born with his native.
If you look at your left palm and look
at your right palm, you'll see that
there are very different lines. You'll
probably see that there are many more
lines in your right palm than there are
in your left palm because your right
palm shows what you've done. So Rabbi
Nakman is told he's giving us the
knowledge of palm reading all the way
back there. is along this palm where you
can see everything. Now this is the palm
he's talking about the divine palm. The
divine palm. What is he alluding to?
It's got five fingers. How many in the
pent penta in Greek is five pentto?
That's the five books of Moses. There's
five. He's alluding to the Torah that in
the Torah there is everything from the
beginning of time to the end of time.
The secrets in the Torah that revealed
by letters but some put a combination of
letters. You skip every other letter and
you could see with in the Torah if
someone knows how to do they can who the
next president of the United States is
going to be who the next prime minister
in UK is going to be when the next war
is going to be it's all in Torah
everything is in the Torah okay so this
reb explained this also that when you
take the lines and put them together in
certain patterns then letters shine and
the letters shine the letters tell these
stories and it's the same for every
separate city not only that you put that
together you can see the name of a city
the name of a mountain and it's really
gripping what BB is telling you about
this. So whatever is found in the world
in all the worlds from the beginning of
time the end of the time in the
spiritual world in the material world
it's all in the palm all in the palm.
Now there's another indication the palm
it's a deep cobalistic indication the
word for hand in Hebrew is yad yad. The
letter 10 is signified by the letter Yud
in Hebrew. Yud has a numerical value of
10. So not only is Reban alluding to the
hand in the five books of Moses with the
Torah, but he's alluding to the 10
spheres of godliness. And we'll see as
we meet the king and the queen and their
eight adviserss. This is indicative of
the 10 spheres of godliness. Once again,
we want to stick to boy, we can't don't
want to go into the coupistic
interpretation of the master of prayer,
but see how we could see today's events
in the end of story that Rabbi Nakman
had a far look at the future just like
couldn't have hand see the future and he
could see describing we see that the the
land the land of God the the land of
money the land of wealth and even the
bigger land of all the millionaires and
the people worship and that you could
see if you look close enough you could
see uh uh Zuckerberg and Bezos and all
these multi multi-billionaires. So
everything was depicted on that hand
even the history of a place and the
experiences of a people. So the master
of people told the master of prayer told
the country of wealth. He said even the
paths from one country to another, one
town to another. They're written on the
hand and that's how I knew to come here
and that's how I passed through all your
defenses. It's exactly a way to inroad
come past your defenses. And they were
amazed. That's how he got there without
being detected. That's something they
couldn't stop him. And he says, "If you
wanted me to send me somewhere else,
I'll know how to get there by virtue of
the hand." Okay, wherever you want. It's
also imprinted on the hand and from the
way to go from one world to another
world. What's he showing us?
In every sentence, he's alluding to a
different prophet, the different part of
Torah. He's talking about Elijah the
prophet. Elijah the prophet knew the
path from this world to the upper
worlds. Remember when Elijah he did
Elijah did not die a physical death.
When he left, he told Alicia, he says,
"I'm I'm departing. I'm departing this
world." And a chariot, a fiery chariot
came up from heaven to pick him up. And
he directed the horses, knew how to get
them back up. These are angels. This is
Elijah the prophet. This in the in Kings
2, we sees in the book of Kings 2. And
uh the path and a chorus where one can
send from earth to heaven at the earth
that uh this is Rebi Nakman wrote a
separate story about this and and that
the ascension of prayers and he talks
about this in Moran uh how we our
prayers ascend that you have to know the
path the path to get your prayers
uplifted if you don't know the path
that's why we need to be connected to
sadikim that the sadikim the true the
true righteous this is the master of
prayer is the classic example. They help
direct us our prayers to where they need
to go and the way to go up to heaven and
the big the path that all exists. And
again from Elijah the prophet he existed
he he went up to the upper world with a
path. Moses he went up to Mount Si and
the path took him up Mount Si took him
to heaven. That's another path. Uh
likewise we see in Genesis Enoch Enoch
ascended to heaven with even a different
path and all those paths were written on
the hand as I said the to were written
on the hand from one world to another a
higher world and the higher the the but
all were could be seen in the folds of
the hand also what represented on the
hand was at the time that the world was
created as it is now and as it will be
afterwards. For example, it showed Sodom
near the Dead Sea, the wicked people of
Sodom. It showed them where they had a
flourishing society and they were very
wicked. They had this beautiful Las
Vegas or Monte Carlo society and they
were very rich but very wicked. And it
showed the destruction of Seldom, the
hellfire and brimstone. And then it
showed how was a barren wasteland after
it was destroyed. So it said it would
show that the beginning, the middle, and
the end. uh for the hand what you could
see everything you wanted to see in
history you could see it right there and
the master of prayer he's still talking
master of prayer speaking to the
interrogators they're interrogating him
how how could how did he get in here and
he's telling and he said I could see
your country and I could see how to get
in here and I could see your false gods
and I see that uh you're about to be
obliterated so you should know that you
keep on this you are about to be
destroyed
well the people of the country of
wealth. They were frozen with fear
because they saw that everything that
the master of prayer would said was
true. Their defenses were impregnable.
They had guards all over the place. No
one else ever succeeded in getting into
their kingdom and he's right there.
Walks around freely. Nobody could catch
him. So such things cannot be invented.
And a person could see for himself that
uh if you would put two roots of a in a
hand, two creases in a hand that they
would come together make a letter. So
they understood he showed them on their
own hand. Look at your own hand. He
showed them on their own hand. Now their
own hand formed a letter formed here.
And this was a novelty. They never never
knew anything like this. So they saw it
was so extraordinary. It was too
extraordinary not to be true. So they
believed him. So they asked him,
"Where's the king? We want to know where
the king is. Maybe he'll show us how to
find more money here. [laughter] They're
about to be destroyed. They're about to
be it's it's it's doomsday that all the
all the weapons are directed at them.
They want to know the king because to
the king not can save their lives, but
to get them more money." This shows how
deep they were. And Rebi Nakman is
laughing at the lust of money. He's
laughing and he's crying together
because Rebi Nakman said one thing. He
said that he could uplift anyone from
lust. See a person was a person was in
lust for uh lust for debauchery or a
person with a lust for any any kind of
lust. He could pull them out of that.
But there's one lust that the most
difficult lust in the world is a lust
for money, greed for money. Okay. So
Rebi Nakman laughed at them. Reban the
master of prayer that was 40. The master
prayer laughed at them and he said with
a mixed reaction of amazement and
disgust, "You still want money? You've
got a sword on your throat and you still
want money?" They asked him, "Well, tell
us anyway where the king is. They still
go back. This how deeply entrenched they
were." So he said, "I don't know where
the king is, but this is how the story
happened." So now we go into our second
stage of lesson four and the master of
prayer is going to tell about the
capital city of the king and the king
and the queen and the royal adviserss
the king and the queen royal advisers
once again kopa we're talking about the
10 spheres but here with has these
talking about characters that that we
could see uh the king a queen that we're
talking about the king and the queen
we're talking about hashem that uh
hashem is both we learn in the zor and
the hem is both male and female. So why
he sometimes you see the Torah speaks in
feminine tense sometime male that there
there's two sides the divine is he and
she they're both it's everything okay
that's the divine image right all right
that the king and the queen and the king
and queen had only one daughter we talk
about the daughter the king and queen
we're talking about theina the divine
presence this is what is bestowed down
here the divine presence this is what we
would see in the holy temple The
manifestation of the divine presence
that is what we call the shina divine
presence. Okay back to regular story
right on the king and the queen and they
had an only daughter and it came time
for the to marry their daughter. So they
asked their adviserss to suggest who
they should marry. And I too, this is
the master of prayer telling his
interrogators in first person. I too,
this is the master of prayer speaking
and he's still relating in front of his
interrogators. I too was among the
adviserss because the king liked me. And
my advice was that the princess, the
king and queen's daughter, she should
marry the warrior. And everybody loved
that advice. Why? They said because the
warrior brought many benefits to the
kingdom. He conquered the enemies. There
were no more enemies. He conquered many
countries. So he should be given. He's
the one that's deserving to have the
king and queen's daughter for a wife. So
the other advisers, other advisers and
the royal advisers in the royal court
and the king and queen unanimously
accepted the advice of the master of
prayer. And they had a big celebration
because they now found a groom for the
queen's daughter. The groom for the
queen's daughter. And they wed the king
and queen's daughter with a warrior. And
the warrior gave birth to a child. We
will see how this child is the birth of
Messiah, the birth of Msiah. And the
warrior
we'll soon talk about him. We'll soon
talk about him. So what what's this
child that was born? This child was born
was extraordinarily beautiful and
intelligent and angelic and he had
surpassed any form of human beauty and
not only that surpassed normal
intellect. He was unbelievably
intellectual. His hair was golden and if
we take the child out in his stroller in
the sunlight his son would reflect this
hair would reflect the different colors
of the sun different what's a telling us
remember whenever we spoke about
Mashiach when we learned the book of
psalms and we spoke about the messiah
the anointed king of Israel the messiah
that having an allincclusive soul it's a
kaleidoscope of all our souls he has a
that's how way We all can associate with
ss with the helm. So the fact that the
the child's hair changes colors, it
reflects different souls. That soul is
light and reflects different lights.
What are colors? Colors are like
different lights on the spectrum. So if
you have a spectrum of humanity and
Messiah's soul contains all of them
because that's how Mashiach understands
every single one of us and every single
one of us identifies with Messiah. Then
this is this is the imagery and in the
fact that the hair the child's hair it
reflects all the colors in the sunlight
and his face illuminated like the sun
and his eyes shone like the moon and
stars. The child was born with mature
wisdom. Even though he he was is the
size of a baby and a baby cannot yet
speak. He could not yet speak. But they
saw that already when he was born he's a
great sage. If there would be a
conversation going on in front of the
child and there was a reason to be
happy, he would smile. There were happy
things said. And if there were sad
things said, they would see they would
frown, have tears in his eyes. And they
saw they saw emphatically that the child
understood everything that was said,
everything was going on, had deep
understanding. So even though the baby
could not yet speak, his genius was was
apparent. Well, with the king was an
orator
or a speaker was master of language and
rhetoric and he was able to talk very
fine talk and he made beautiful speeches
and he composed songs and praises for
the king. So even though the orator was
extremely eloquent uh the king showed
the orator his hidden path to even
greater greatness.
See who the orator or king David's
nickname is naim is the the the sweet
singer of Israel. This is the one that
composed the sweet songs. So here we
beat the image of King David. Now you're
probably wondering who the master of
prayer is. Okay, master of prayer
teaches prayer accomplishes everything
with his prayer. Remember how Elijah the
prophet on Mount Carmel with his prayer
he defeated 400 false idols? He defeated
an entire army. I'm sorry. They tried to
catch everyone. Nobody could catch him.
And this is nobody could catch him.
Nobody to catch master of prayer. Master
of prayer is probably Rabbi Nak
referring to Elijah the prophet. Elio
and Elijah the prophet and we'll see and
the warrior the warrior we have the
warrior Abraham was a great warrior but
even more than that with Joshua Joshua
knocked down they said that uh Jericho
was invincible knocked down the seven
walls of Jericho captured the land of
Israel from the seven Canaanite nations
they were all mightier than the children
of Israel fought fought wars from Moses
this is we're talking about we see we
can see different characters and
different character types
We see throughout Torah represent and
these are the kings the king's court. So
the king had an ortor where next one the
master of prayer that's one of the
king's royal court. The orator won the
king's royal court. The warrior at
king's royal court. Marina continues,
"The king had a sage, and the sage was
also a sage on his own account, but the
king showed him a way to go up and get
wisdom and therefore became an
ordinarily wise sage who was the wisest
man never walked the face of the earth,
King Solomon. And he he got more
knowledge because Hashem gave it to
him." Again, the hand, the path that we
receive our perfection, each one of us,
Hashem gives us our tools. But what is
Rabbi Ahmed telling us? That we achieve
our path to perfection by going up the
path that we see on the hand. If you've
read our book now get a secret, never
revealed this but now revealed for
tonight. The path to your peak, that's
the book that Hashem gave us the
privilege of writing about seeking your
own personal potential. Path Peak shows
that the average person what they quotes
the the the
industrial psychologist industrial
psychologists say that the normal person
hasn't fulfilled 10% of his or her
potential. So isn't that a shame that
you've got 90% of your potential you
never fulfilled. That scratched the
surface. Why? Because they don't go up
the path. And what's the path? We see
the path. We talk about the path. The
path of peak your peak. because your
path is not the same as anyone else's
path. So if you haven't read the path to
your peak, I strongly suggest you read
the path to your peak. And now that
we've learned the master prayer, it'll
be a lot more meaningful. Okay. So the
warrior, he was mighty on his own. He
was a Rambo. He's a mighty warrior
known. But the king also showed him the
way up his path, his own path to get
even super strength and super leadership
and become an extraordinary warrior
invincible. And now he talks about
something else. The master prayer says,
well, there's another tool that the
warrior, the king gave the warrior by
way that the warrior can conquer the
whole world and that's the sword. And
the sword has three powers. The first
power of the sword. When the sword is
lifted, all the officers of the opposing
army flee. So as soon as a matter of
course they fall. when the officers said
because when they flee then the army
falls apart. We know when Moses fought a
Malach and Moses raised his hands in
prayer then a Malik was overcome. But
when Moses became tired and his hands
fell then Amalik would regain and begin
to overcome the Israelites. That's why
Aaron and Hur they put a boulder under
Moses' arm to hold his arm up keep him
up. So what's his the lift the arm when
he lift up? lift up the sword. What's
our sword? Rabbi talks in moran the
second part that our sword is prayer.
This our weapon and this the sword of
Msiah. So when a person lifts up this
sword that's the day he lifts up his
mouth in prayer. So we try to accomplish
things by running to the doctor and
running to the lawyer and running. We
see it and then and things just don't
work. Lift up our mouths in prayer. Lift
up our mouths in prayer. This is this is
real. This is real amuna. So we learned
last night, we lift up our mouths in
prayer and this is lifting up our sword.
So this is the the imagery and lifting
up the sword. When we lift up the sword,
the enemy flees evil, he can't do
anything against our prayers if they're
sincere and in front of their heart.
Okay? So they fall and once they fall,
this is Rashi tells about this. Rashi
says the as soon as the army begins to
to retreat, then they fall. They're
finished. So now this horde has two
other pray two other uh powers. It has
two sharp edges. through one edge as it
to one edge it subdues the soldiers as
they fall down and to the other edge
toward the other edge it doesn't do
anything that they get plagued and they
become sick and they become sick and
weak and become sick and weak then all
you have to do is just blow on them like
you're blowing a dandelion and they
disperse. So the enemies they're
stricken with this inexplicable plague
and and they lose the south the master
of the warrior he subdues his his
enemies. So the king showed the warrior
the path and he showed him how to use
the sword properly. What does it mean
when the king showed the warrior how to
use his sword properly where the king
showed the warrior how to pray properly?
Now understand all the members of the
court they're all masters of prayer but
the master of prayer he is the
headmaster of prayer they all rely on
prayer they all rely on amuna they all
have this this is to be in the court
they're all they're all godly the the 10
spheres but most so that now the master
of prayer talks about himself he says
the king also showed me how to get my
attribute I got there from what I needed
what he's sewing that the king showed
the master prayer had to move entire
worlds, move universes with his prayers.
He could he could make the sun stop.
Well, the warrior could do that, too.
Joshua was in the middle of battle and
Joshua needed more daylight to defeat
the enemy. So, he said she do he was in
then in the valley of Givon Gibon and
out this is uh slightly west of
Jerusalem and in one of the valleys in
the in the mountains of Jerusalem. And
he said, "Son, stop still." Son, listen
to him. His son, he gave the order who
could go around giving orders to the
sun, the sun, moon, and stars. That
Joshua could do that. But even the
master prayer, what what Elijah the
prophet could do this, it was amazing.
Elijah prophet could go from heaven and
earth could go for to to within with his
prayers. And it's Elijah the prophet is
still doing that. Every time a person
makes a brit for a child, there's
Elijah. Elijah the prophet comes down
here. He's down there. That's why it's
worthwhile to attend a breed
celebration. When you attend the breed
celebration, Elijah the prophet is
there. So the master prayer says that
the king also showed me my path to get
but for this is for my particular
attribute.
Likewise the king had a faithful friend.
Faithful friend who loved the king
dearly with an extraordinary love. He
said, "Wait, all these
uh members of the royal court, they're
all the king. They all love the king.
They all love the king. Everybody, but
this faithful friend was more." This
faithful friend, he would no problem
throw himself into a fiery furnace. This
faithful friend risked his life going
around the world bringing people close
to the like the master of prayer. Did
that too. They all did outreach. the
faithful friend. We're probably talking
about Abraham, the first monotheist that
Abraham, why is he called I the Hebrew
in Hebrew is called is I means Hebrew.
But where does the word come from? It's
the other side of the river that Abraham
was on one side of the river and all the
rest of humanity were idolattors. They
were on the other side. Okay. So this
talking about that the king and the
faithful friend they loved each other so
much that was impossible for to be
separated.
They had to be together all the time.
Let's tell you how we have to cling to
Hashem. But nonetheless there are
necessarily times where person could be
apart. Rabbi Nakman says what we call in
Hebrew. V is the highest level serving
to Hashem clinging to Hashem. When all
my thoughts, all my faculties have
nothing but concentrated on Hashem. I
have nothing on my mind but Hashem.
That's called I'm clinging to Hashem
like glue. Uh but you can't do that 24
hours a day. It's different. The times
you have to eat breakfast. Okay, we try
to try remember eating holiness, but the
times you go to the bathroom, time to
take a shower. And we're not supposed to
think about godliness in the the wash
closet they're in and the shower. Okay.
So the times that necessarily a person
can't think about Hashem. So they had
images of each other, the faithful
friend and the king. And they would
delight themselves by looking at each
other's images when they couldn't see
each other. So the images depicted how
the king and his faithful friend how
they loved each other and they walked
hand in hand and they caressed and had
great great love. Well, these portraits
had the special ability that whoever
looked at these images also felt the
great love. Felt the great love. And the
faithful friend, he also received his
special love because he received his
special path up his mountain where the
king showed him how to tain even more
and more and more love. We haven't yet
met the entire royal court. We still
have uh one of two to meet. We're going
to meet next week. God willing. And next
week we're to see what happened, how the
royal court was dispersed. The royal
court was dispersed with the storm wind.
The storm wind is the name of next
week's lesson, lesson number five, part
five. And we hold up now. That's a
complete different lesson. Digest what
we had. I strongly suggest that uh go
back and review the previous lesson,
master of prayer despite we because our
review it's a quick review. So do we
have to make quick review otherwise we
can't make a forward progress and since
there's so much to digest so much here
it's like eating uh this there's this
pastry in is this Arabic pastry that we
eat in is called baklava and it's so
rich and so full of honey and so full of
nuts they can only eat a little bit
right this is like rabi stories are like
baklava like eat this rich thing so we
look forward to seeing everyone next
week and you should have a Lovely
Shabbat, lovely weekend, and all your
heart's wishes for the best.
