how else can we prepare ourselves spiritually for the holy shabbos [Music] many have the custom that the men go to the mikvah and arab shabbos what is the mikvah one of the great rabbis said i don't really know what the mikveh does what i do know is that going into the mikvah can make a non-jew into a jew imagine how much more it can do for someone who's already a jew we go into the mikvah and according to the tradition we really accept upon ourselves a new soul it enters our bodies one of the many aspects of the neshama yoseira that special gift and many many people today can attest that it's something tangible i can feel my nostromo zero of course getting dressed into your shabbos clothes we do believe that clothes make a man so we go into the mikvah and immediately get dressed into our shabbos clothing he used to say sometimes you see a sidisha fella during the week he's a truck driver and dresses like one a friday afternoon he goes into the mikvah and he comes out dressed in his beautiful hasidic clothing he walked in a truck driver and he comes out we too have this opportunity to transform ourselves spiritually and physically in honor of shabbos and it has to be mentally too i came out i'm a whole new level now i'm a sharpest [Music] leo
