Freedom means being like an 8-year-old kid on a board in the middle of a hotel. Freedom to me means I'm able to be Jewish openly. >> Doing what I love. >> The ability to have free will to do whatever you please. Having peace and love. Freedom to me means spending Pesach at the zone with so many wonderful people. That is the portion God anytime, anywhere and God will provide anything in life. The world should have peace. >> Having the ability and the opportunity to study daily. >> Not being a slave to the world and living my own life. In the Torah, the word that's used for engraving on the Luchos is called Charus, which means to engrave. Chazal say we should read it as Cherus, freedom. Freedom was on the Luchos. Well, you might ask, "What? How could it be free if there's all these laws? That's not freedom." The answer is, "Well, if you look at the Gematria of the word Cherus and Charus is the same, same letters. It's 614. So, if it's Charus on Luchos, there were only 613 Mitzvos in the Torah. What's the extra one? >> [music] >> The extra one is you. Extra one is every single one of us. It's our portion of the Torah that we have to look for ourselves inside the Torah. That is the ultimate freedom. Connecting ourselves with the entire Torah.
