hey guys it's been a while but here we're back we got a request on YouTube comments for tear drop by AB Rottenberg in Journeys 2 it was composed by ER renberg so I'm very excited let's get to it I'll be having the lyrics on a separate screen which is why I'm not looking at the camera the entire time very good intro so [Music] far somewhere in the city a story of magic unfolds there lived an old widow without any children abandoned forgotten alone and she lived with the memories of bces theic Holocaust song bab rberg which he is known for cry then surely the woman was she but never did she shed a tear she asked for no answer to fear I love the low Harmony God's in time we'll know why but today there's no reason no reason to cry I love those last few lines it does really touching the message of the classic question why well it happened one Friday there just was no money her table bear covered in white but she found a few pennies and bought a small candle her shabus would still have its light and she lit the L candle recited the BR the deepest of joys in her heart when a gust of wind blew through a crack in the window the flame once so bright had gone dark in this time the pain was so great she tried to hold back but it was too late when where has my faith gone she said with a sigh as a small tear formed on the Ed that's a pretty touching verse I love the Poetry in it [Music] it rolled down her cheek heading straight for the candle as if with a mind of its own touching the wick the drop burst out in Flames once more there was light in her home no more could she hold back the tears she cried out the sorrow of so many years God's love is but hidden in time we'll know why but the heavens had told her it's all right to cry it's pretty good [Music] [Applause] [Music] that was a unbelievable song to listen to I think this could be one of my top favorite lyrics for our journey song The Poetry in it the lyrics in it is so amazing and it's not even that hard of a story it's just a simple tale of someone living in that generation with that type of feeling and emotion I love the whole verse in which it rolled down her cheek and it touched the wick and it burst out in flames it's all good it's amazing the composition was very good Arrangements were beautiful the violin soloists were pretty good it's such a unique song It's So original with how it's put together between the verses and I I can't really say chorus cuz I mean Arrangement wise there is but lyrics Wise it's it's a whole different message that's parallel into when it's the second half of the song it's very good it's unbelievable the harmonies the low harmonies uh classic AB renberg thing to do in his songs which is very nice all right guys I think that's it for today please comment below on other songs and reviews and reactions for other uh music videos or just songs for me to react to and talk about a channel uh I think that's it for today have a good day
