it's hard it is really really hard this is not for everybody um and you need to have a very thick skin I mean the things that I have that have been said to me over in my career have been kind of eye openening and also ew and yeah and you just kind of walk away from it and not listen to it it's a lot of noise I just be myself that's it and you're leing by example you know be myself and it also gives a lot of visibility for others like you to follow suit and to say I can do anything I can be in any career I can be in any position you know within a a healthcare organization so I I commend you it
