i'd like to share with you a very
beautiful and a very profound idea it
came across a number of years ago in the
sephiroth raya which is a safe fare
describing of cook's approach to fila
it's also parish
on the fields that we say every day
based upon the teachings over of cook
an indoor of cook explains that our soul
essentially is always in a state of
prayer
it's constantly darkening on the shama
it's constantly dominating
constantly trying and connecting to the
source
and it's when we open up our sitter when
we start to dab and we start to
verbalize those words that we are
actually allowing
our soul to reach its potential
to activate its purpose in the world
by connecting to the border and so when
i walk into stroll every day i try as
hard as i can even when it's six o'clock
in the morning or when it's
busy and running out tomorrow i try as
often as possible
to remember this teaching to inspire
myself
to make sure to take my dominant
seriously because
not only is it not only the mitchell we
have to do but it's tremendous
opportunity to connect who we are as i
once heard from david aaron he explains
that we often assume that we are a body
with a soul but in fact we are a
soul with a body so when we dive in when
we make sure that our body by
verbalizing to feed us by using our lips
and our mouth and hashem
we are prioritizing our soul over our
body by allowing our soul to express
itself through our body
so basis hashem with that idea not only
will we enhance our feelings
we will make ourselves better people in
the world a better place to hopefully
bring the kingdom here
i wish you all a beautiful and wonderful
water
