The Secret To Redemption Is Pure Faith In Hashem Without Doubts

Hashem is telling the Jewish people this whole process of getting out of Egypt, you need some sort of merit to make you get out of Egypt. And your biggest problem is that you served idols and you didn't have complete faith in God. So you're going to have to do some sort of great sacrifice by showing that you totally disassociate yourself from the idols. Totally out of that mindset of idol worship and 100 committed 100% committed to Hashem. How are you going to do that? So, Hashem says, "I want you on the 14th day, on the 10th day actually of Nissan to start the process. Take a lamb. This is going to be very dangerous for you. The Egyptians are going to be very upset. Bring it into your home, turning [clears throat] yourself away from the idol of Egypt and showing that you're not associated with this anymore. Then later on, you're going to make yourself a brisk meal. And then on the 14th by day, you're going to sacrifice that sheep. And you're going to sacrifice it in the merit with the 100% faith and belief that later that night God is going to do this miracle. And when you sacrifice that sheep on the 14th by day, I will see in your hearts and I will know if you really believe in me. And I will know that if you are doing this with the 100% belief in Hashem that tonight there's going to be a great miracle that's going to occur. So, you are going to have to sacrifice and thank God for the miracle that's didn't even happen yet in your mind and in your heart. You're going to have to do it as if it already occurred as or as if it is for sure going to happen without any doubt. And that's the altar. That's the place of sacrifice that you're going to have to come from. Not just physically going to the action, but really really believing with 100% belief that tonight there's going to be a great miracle.
