you from 100 to 500 or 600 but the

somebody earning 500 000 a year doing
what you're doing and you're earning 50
000 that 450 000 spread is you
period that's it now you are the only
one that can do anything about you
it's not your boss telling you can't
earn 500 it's you

do what it takes to go from 50 to 500.
