because the oral to that's Judaism because it covers everything both the written and the oral and so long as we remain ignorant of the oral tah whether it's be we're ignorant because we're simply not learning it or worse yet we're learning it without confirming that what we're learning is actually correct we're simply deciding that what I read and what my brain understood that must be the answer many times you'll see it's not so it's important for a person to have a rabbi that they will take as that is they have the knowledge or at least the access to knowledge or both to let me know what the truth is here because I cannot trust myself and I can tell you that the more a person commits to having not just additional Torah Knowledge from the books but additional Torah Knowledge from that shim we've been talking about the whole night the further they are from being an the closer they are to becoming a real Torah scholar the closer they are to actually having the truth and in fact they'll see that perhaps one day they'll get to a point where they and their Rabbi have been studying the same exact subject and arriving at the same exact conclusion independent of each other without even knowing that the other is studying the same thing perhaps this will be true for you too amen
