home today I want to prepare for you a
Deary vegetable soup
without even using a knife what a great
recipe
watch how I start the first thing you

with the begun frozen vegetables this is

diced onions now I'm gonna take some of
the begun crushed garlic add a little
bit of that so I'm preparing a spinach
broccoli soup but I need a base for my
soup I'm gonna add a little bit of
celery frozen and sliced green zucchini
yellow squash some butternut squash I
don't know if you have a work with
butternut squash but
what enough squash is a pain in the
whatever
the peel and to dice up so if you can go
out and get these frozen butternut
squash it's a blessing some carrots and
I have a little bit of chickpeas so we
even have protein in the soup now I'm
gonna add some chopped broccoli and
beautiful frozen spinach so I want to
get this nice and soft I'm gonna add
some water and then like then yell run
up says I'll do it and you'll see what
happens
starting to look really good I'm gonna
add some salt and pepper right there in
some water beautiful and then we'll
bring that to a boil I'm gonna have this
cook for a couple of minutes
and in the meantime I'm gonna make

I'm gonna add a little bit of chopped
basil
then I'm gonna let this sit in the
refrigerator for around 20 minutes I'm
gonna go ahead and blend my vegetable
soup and then I'll bring it back to a
boil on create my Nakamura so it's time
to blend my soup my vegetables are all
soft already
beautiful looking gorgeous so my soup
once I blend that it is coming back to a
boil and now it's time to throw him some
knuckles so my mother which is
supporting me while I'm doing this shoot
